I came to Astro A.V.L. knowing about this place since the 80’s but forgot about it until I was on line searching the web for places close to me and was done with guitar center because it now has guys that just don’t seem as knowledgeable about what they are selling. I was looking for a new controller, and Jasmine Aragon the very nice and young lady happened to be on line in a forum and said she had the controller I was looking for so I went down there and she helped me above and beyond any other type of shop I had been to in a long time, I’m a turntable guy with not too much knowledge about these new controllers and she gave me a bunch of information to help me make a decision on what I was looking for, I cannot express enough about her patients and willingness to go out of her way to help me make my informed decision Astro I hope recognizes her value and importance of an employee they have with this young lady, she is the epitome of a great sales person I from now on will shop at Astro because of her thank you Asto for hiring somebody who has a passion for what they do please give this...

I can’t thank the team at Astro Audio enough for all their help! My company hosts seminars where contractors learn to apply our products, so we needed a transmitter and hands-free headset microphone to use during demonstrations. When I first called, Javier suggested that I come in so their team could help me find a solution.

A few days ago, I brought in my speaker and analog transmitter, and Robert tested my equipment in the back. While everything worked, the headset and mic I had were flimsy and difficult to manage. Cyph helped me find a digital transmitter with a much more durable headset microphone. Once I made the purchase, Robert connected the new system (Shure GLXD14+/SM31) to my speaker, and it worked beautifully!

Let me also tell you how knowledgeable the staff is and extremely welcoming. Jasmin is my girl, she is always very informative and gives you a hands on experience.
