Love the Black Cow and bookstore but we need Star Cafe back and more affordable stores and restaurants. The greed of the city leaders cause to many great businesses to fail and people don't flock here the way they did when I was a kid. We need reasonable rental prices for businesses to even attempt to open. It makes it too hard to make money when rents and regulations are so strict and expensive.
