I am very happy with my experience at Sit N Sleep in Glendale. I received personalized attention and Daryl seemed more than happy to answer all of my questions. I am looking forward to receiving my new BEAUTYREST bed tomorrow. Daryl was very helpful and personable.
The review above was my first review. This is my edited review: Daryl told me on Sunday, when I bought my mattress, that I would receive next day delivery. He stated that I would receive a call Sunday evening between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM informing me of my delivery window. I never received a call. At 10:00 AM Monday morning, I called Sit N' Sleep when they opened. I told Daryl that I had not received a call regarding my delivery window. Daryl placed my call on HOLD. After a few minutes, he came bac on the line and stated that my delivery window that day was between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM. At 4:00 PM, I still had not received a delivery. I called Daryl and told him I had been waiting for the delivery people and that they still had not showed up. He placed me on HOLD for quite a while. He came back on the line and seemed very confused. He asked me, "What does it say about your delivery on your invoice?" I told him that it said my delivery was scheduled for Thursday. He said, "I was looking at a prior order of yours when you bought a bed from Sit N Sleep years ago and I gave you the wrong information. Your delivery is for Thursday. I apologize." I don't know why Daryl had told me when I bought the bed that Sit N Sleep has next-day delivery service. It was stressful on Monday not having received the call the night before like I was promised and then waiting for four hours thinking that the delivery people were coming any minute. A few years ago I bought several items from this store. 1 queen size mattress along with box spring and frame , 1 Cal-King mattresses along with 2 pillows and an adjustable base. All the sales rep could talk about was the warranty on these items. We purchased an extended warranty, which they sold us, with a company named Guardian. So we started having issues with the base late last year. We reported it. Per their request we provided pictures and proof of purchase. We did not hear back from Guardian. So we went to the store. Almost a year later after phone calls and emails to Guardian and various visits to the store itself this issue has yet to be resolved. We are not receiving a service we paid for. After all this we asked for a new base or the money back we spent on the warranty. After almost a year of sleeping on a broken base and dealing with these two companies we are angry and frustrated. Now when we ask for a new base or our money back Guardiab offers to send out a tech. This base was bought to help with health issues we are dealing with. At this point we decided to just buy a new base. So we asked for the money back that we paid for the warranty and it looks like that isn't happening either. We are disappointed that we invested and spent all this money on a base that gave out after a few years. Lesson learned. We are doing our research and being more careful where and what we spend...

They will exchange only when you pay couple hundred bucks. Terrible experience unlike the advertisement!!! There's nothing free even exchange and you'll be charged for 20% restocking fee toward an exchange of equal or greater value mattress!!!!!!!!! We purchased tempur-adapt medium hybrid mattress for $2000 since usually I sweating a lot at summer nights and the sleep consultant at store offer us that one and told us that it's gonna keep me cool during the night and asked me to touch the fabric of mattress and see how cool it is !!!!! At that moment he was right, mattress was super cool since the AC was on in store and the AC vent was above that mattress. He asked me to sign some papers but he didn't explain well what are they all about, I know that it's my responsibility to read all of them but somehow you are trusting the salesperson. Got it delivered, installed it and ....... Noticed that the mattress by itself it's not cool, it holds the surrounding temperature and from that moment my nightmares begun and I can't return it since I have to exchange it with higher or equal price( apparently that was the best vs anything else that they had in store) and unfortunately I have to keep that mattress since they are not doing returns even you pay...
