What a terrible hotel. The photos are deceiving. It is nestled out of the way with out being too far from all the hubbub and is right close to the Iron Springs Hotsprings and the Gondola up to the Adventure Sites however location is the ONLY good thing about this hotel. The greeting staff were cold and not welcoming. The gal who checked us in initially told me she could not take off the pet fee (since we ended up not bringing our dog) because she didn't know how. When I asked to talk to her manager, she magically figured it out. There was hair on our pillows when we first got there. There were not enough hangers. The breakfast was less than desirable, stale breads and prepackaged muffins. The juice machines were not working for 2 of the 3 days we stayed. We were under the impression there would be discounts for the gondola ride and adventure park, but we're told that was discontinued. We wanted to go out one evening and Uber did not have any drivers so we called the shuttle service contracted with the Hotel and the service could not help us as they had no drivers. The entire staff did their job but not with any sense of care or attentiveness. The pool and hottub area was dingy and not stocked well. We kept having to go outside of the pool area to the VERY cold front desk to get towns. The one elevator was smelly slow! Amd dirty...there were visible dead bugs in the ligjt fixture on thenceiling. I would really like my $377 back.

The WORST hotel experience our family has ever had. I hope this review saves somebody the expense of staying at this disgusting establishment. For over $300 a night, customers need to demand a higher level of customer service, cleanliness, and hospitality. We chose this hotel because of how well the website advertised the water park. We have two young boys (8 months and 3 years). Our oldest was so excited to go swimming. The swimming pool is an absolute disgrace, and honestly a public health nightmare. It appears that it hasn’t been properly cleaned in decades. The pool tiles were so filthy that people have etched their names in the grime. Even obscene messages including “I want pus*y” can be found around the pool (zoom in on attached photos for better detail). Hair, bugs, mucus, and who knows what else is floating around in the water. The rooms are incredibly subpar, and the breakfast is laughable. Management makes themselves conveniently unavailable to address patrons concerns. How this hotel has earned over 4 stars is inconceivable. Save your health and pocketbook and stay anywhere else.

The hot springs were amazing. The complementary personal hygiene items were very nice. Everything closed really early due to covid restrictions so there wasn’t much to eat after 7pm. They did provide to go limited menu breakfast that was fresh cooked. The springs were public and we wished they would have extended hours just for guests... especially late in the evening since we missed out on half our fun due to traffic problems from a natural disaster in the area. The rooms were pretty dated but they served the purpose of sleeping. Some rooms overlook the hot spring pool so it would be helpful to book a room on a higher floor. It was also a bit annoying to carry luggage up and down stairs from the parking area. They could definitely use some ramp access. The gift shop at the springs was very high priced but had lots of lovely things. Would visit again if in the area but also would consider looking into other nearby options as many hotels in the area claimed spring access.

Save your money and go elsewhere! The only reason this hotel got any stars was because we liked the pool and the location. We paid almost $300 for terrible service, a hotel going through renovations and old rooms. Expedia claims they did not know about renovations, which every hotel has, but this hotel had exposed nails in the floor and we had to pass them on the stairs each time since the elevator was broken with little kids. The rooms were old and in need of a good deep clean and repair work. Breakfast was packaged pastries and ceral or bagels. No hot food. When we arrived none of the ladies working greeted us and acted annoyed when we needed pool towels or had questions. One just sat and stared at her phone with earbuds in. The hotel conveniently dropped prices the night before almost by 50% but nothing could be done since we booked through expedia. Would highly reccomend going somewhere worth that much money!

I can't express enough how amazing the staff here was. They gave us our hot springs tickets even though we were 4hrs early, then upgraded us to a room with bunk beds with out asking because they saw we had little kids. Every request from an ice pack to a restaurant recommendation was met with a smile and every ounce of assistance they could offer. I absolutely will stay here in the future, the room was large, clean, and well taken care of. Thank you ladies for making my family vacation amazing!
