For the Chorizo Croquetas Sauce: Creamy, meaty and peppery. It had good bacon flavor. Croquetas: Slightly crunchy exterior, light spiciness, you can tell chorizo is their but it's not too forward. It mostly reminds me of a hash. 4/10
Salsa is delicious, and seemingly simple. From what I can tell it's lime, cilantro, green tomatoes, peppers, garlic and cumin. Delicious! 9/10
The calmari taco: The calmari is over fried, yes it is crispy but the calimary has a rubbery quality. It has a sweet, sour, and spicy sauce that compliments it wonderfully with a basic slaw. No mayo. Honestly, this taco was delicious, but it's not perfect. If the calimari was cooked right and it had less sauce it would be a killer. The sauce was delicious but overpowering. Not overly spicy though. 7/10
Al pastor: Definitely not true authentic pastor, which in and of itself is perfectly fine. It's more like pulled pork with like BBQ-esk tones? I can't really put my finger on it, but what I can say is the pork is verryy dry. Also, theirs pieces of pineapple and after trying 5 of them on their own, I can say they genuinely have 0 flavor. All in all this taco was disappointing. I was open to their interpretation but the dryness and flavorless pineapple breaks...

Read moreMixed review - One us really liked both tacos. She gave them 5 stars The other one of us thought they were a shredded saucy mess. 3 stars We ordered the short rib taco and the Al Pastor. For me the tacos were underwhelming. Had high hopes based on the reviews. But a shared review gives them 4 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
The hot dog was excellent and snappy !
But the guy working the counter we nicknamed the “Taco Nazi”(Seinfeld episode not because he was an actual Na zi)
He was hardcore avoider of Covid. Which is fine. He only let one person enter at a time and immediately upon entering he threatened “you better know what you want to order now otherwise go back out side and decide.” After placing order was told leave and order will be brought outside. Which was all fine but he was snappier than his hot dog and not friendly or welcoming.
He could have kept the same protocol but been welcoming and a little more patient.
We experienced similar ordering situation at a different restaurant in Moab and a friendly attitude goes a long way to making a...
