Feel Fit Health & Fitness Club — Attraction in Grand Island

I would discourage anyone from joining this gym! I called to cancel my membership, just three days after it was automatically renewed, and they said that not only could I NOT get a pro-rated refund, but that I would be charged for the following month as well; apprently you have to give them a 30-day notice, and they have no room for extenuating circumstances. The other disconcerting aspect is that they were all-too-happy to cancel my membership, taking no interest whatsoever in why I was doing so. Another thing to make people aware of, with regards to their personal trainers, you will be charged even if you cannot make the session and call them ahead of time to reschedule (I called almost two hours ahead, and never even got a call back from my trainer, yet am being charged).

Never thought I'd say that I enjoy being a member of a gym, but I can definitely say that about this place. Staff is friendly and welcoming, and the place is always clean. The equipment is well maintained with sufficient numbers so that I rarely have to wait too long to use anything. Great bonus features, too....an app that coordinates with certain equipment to automatically log your work and help you attain your goals, and personal TVs on the Treadmills and bikes so you can watch (and hear) what you want to watch, not some pre-selected arrangement of channels with no sound.
