Worked with a great team before grand opening but HR and my manager including all people above did not adhere to simple accommodations in the workspace which is why I failed in my workspace. I was let go because I accepted two vertical IDs they were all legit of age and it is a company policy that they don't accept vertical IDs they will simply turn you away and tell you to get a grown up ID exact words from a coworker. They may have great product But it's a little snobby. Words to the wise if you have vertical IDs don't bother showing up to the shop you'll be wasting your time. Went here for my first buy, and the guy working was very helpful and patient! I don't know his name but he had long blonde hair (thank you!😭❤️). I was **very nervous, and was shaking a lot😅, but he made it such a nice, comforting, and pleasing experience I went back again! He explained all the products and what makes them different. He asked what was my current level and what I've done, and made recommendations on what product to get and what to work up to. My second time was the same friendly experience. Stopped in here yesterday and what a cool little dispo. I was met in the yard by Steven, who was at the time digging up a gnarly big tree stump. He introduced himself and said I will be you're bud tender. What a super friendly dude. We chatted our way into the dispensary and he turned me onto some really nice flower. Had a little issue with the card reader when it came time to pay, but no worries Steven is the tech guy too. Gardner, bud tender, tech guy, father of 3. Is there nothing this guy can't do?
