Zach and Tanya provided exceptional customer service. They have been extremely responsive and honest in answering our questions, helping me and my husband pick out our engagement rings and wedding bands before we got married. Tanya and Zach were beyond hospitable and extremely patient with us selecting the perfect diamond and setting. They never rushed us and we just loved conversing with them and sharing stories. The rings were stunning. Unfortunately, one of the sapphire stones on the wedding band fell out twice, and when I called them to let them what had happened which the manufacturer that we ordered these stones from did not set the stones properly, Zach and Tanya immediately replaced the stones complimentary and Zach also as a jeweler ensured the stones were more secured the third time around. Since then, I have not had any issues with it and continue to wear it frequently. We truly appreciated their professionalism, quality of work, customer service, and patience in making our engagement and wedding experiences special with the perfect rings we chose. The value of the diamond and settings were well within our budget. They were very respectful with the budget we gave them as they looked and found the perfect diamond to set for us! THE CIRCLE OF LOVE I had the most wonderful experience with Zach and his wife! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and an inviting atmosphere. They truly went above and beyond to help me with a ring my husband had purchased for me from another store. It was our 15th anniversary, and I had never been given a ring before. When we married we had hiked up the Colorado National Monument and married ourselves with rings from a second-hand store. After 15 years, he surprised me with a beautiful ring—but unfortunately, he didn’t shop local or with Zach. I loved my ring, but it needed to be soldered together.

Zach and his wife took the time to listen and offered to do the work while I waited. To my surprise, she also suggested the most amazing idea—a necklace shaped like a heart, kind of like a carabiner, so that I could hook my ring onto it when I’m not wearing it, keeping it safe. The service was so thoughtful and personalized.

The selection of jewelry at their store is absolutely stunning—there are so many unique pieces, each crafted with such attention to detail. They also have a lovely selection of affordable estate jewelry, which was a nice bonus!

What truly stood out to me was the personal touch. They made me feel like more than just a customer; they made me feel valued and appreciated. I left with my beautiful ring soldered together for a perfect fit, (this was a very important to me) and with the feeling that I had made new friends in the process. I could not recommend any other jeweler, Zach of diamonds made all of our dreams come true. My fiancé proposed with his Grandmother's heirloom sapphire & Diamond ring and we wanted to use the stones to create both an engagement ring and wedding band. We were looking for a jeweler that could help create my idea of what I wanted and struck out at other local jewelers but Zach & Tanya at Zach of Diamonds didn't even blink and got right to work creating my custom rings! After other jewelers had tried to get me to change what I wanted based on what was easiest for them Zach of Diamonds was a breath of fresh air! We kept in contact while the settings for my rings were being made and Tanya went the extra mile showing me different settings for my wedding band to be sure got what I wanted.
