I went to the drive through around 10 pm 3/1/2025 the girl taking orders did not greet me at all. I sat there for a few minutes at the second speaker and she finally answered the person at the first speaker. She took their order and they pulled ahead a line formed behind me and in the other lane as I waited to be greeted still nothing. Then all the signs went black like when they are closed. Still nobody said anything so I said “hello?…. Are you open, hello??” Still nobody answer! Then the light flickered back on and still I’m not greeted at this point I’ve been sitting there a while and no answer. Then I heard the girls voice on the first speaker, she greeted the person after me. So I honked my horn and said hello? The customer whose order she was taking informed her I had been waiting first and she told them “if she wants to order she can come inside. I’m not taking her order.” So I went to the first window and the girl still ignored me and when I didn’t move she rolled her eyes and called her manager over. Her manager told me I have to go back through the line which was now really long and order my food. I told her I’ve been waiting a long time and the order taker is refusing to even greet me. The employee then chimes in and says I can’t take everyone’s order at once. I told her yes but you can take them in order. She then said she couldn’t see me there and didn’t know I was there. I told her I was saying hello and she said she could hear me honking and saying hello. So I asked why didn’t she answer me and she rolled her eyes and stop talking. Then the manager just says I’m not taking your order at the window you can go back through the drive through!!! I’m paraphrasing a lot, but they were really rude. I was on my break from work and they could see that because they even mentioned the place that I worked at. they knew from the beginning I didn’t have time to go back through the line. I told them I was only on break and only went through their drive-through because there was no line when I pulled up. They refused to take my order and I asked to talk to a higher manager and they said there wasn’t one available so I asked for a corporate’s number and they told me they don’t have a corporate number or a higher up number and then they asked me what the number was to my corporate office. They were very unprofessional and rude. I have worked out a lot of restaurants in my life even fast food, and that stuff would have never flown in any restaurant I’ve worked at. There is no reason to be rude to customers. There’s no reason to refuse to serve them when they’re not doing anything but waiting for you to answer them. I’d be surprised if this Burger King doesn’t have other complaints about these two employees because I can tell it’s not the first time that they have Acted in this manner to customers. I will definitely be informing friends and family because this is a restaurant that a lot of my family lives near. It’s a wonder why Burger King’s are going out...
Read more6-4-25 New AWFUL customer service here. Arrived 5 minutes AFTER receiving the order. I waited patiently in line while 2 people ordered ahead of me. Told the staff member which delivery order I was there for. Then she got the food for the person who was waiting for their order which I understood. But then she got the food for BOTH people who had ORDERED AFTER I ARRIVED and I was waiting in line. EVEN THOUGH THE RECEIPT FOR MY ORDER WAS THE FIRST IN LINE. I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE FOOD UNTIL 15 MINUTES AFTER I RECEIVED THE ORDER AND 10 MINUTES AFTER I ARRIVED. And when I asked her about it she literally told me it was because THOSE PEOPLE WERE PHYSICALLY HERE WHICH MEANT SHE DIDN'T CONSIDER ME OR THE PERSON I WAS DELIVERING TO WAS A VALID CUSTOMER. AND SHE WAS A MANAGER. She attempted to use the kitchen had to cook the food which was a lie because I saw the food sitting in the warmer. And then the were understaffed excuse even THOUGH SHE LITERALLY SKIPPED MY ORDER WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE FIRST ORDER BAGGED. Then she tried to say she had good customer service and I'd be wasting my time to contact the corporate customer service or leave this review on Google. Well we'll see about that. Though I know the owner doesn't care how terrible his restaurants are. Which is probably why 3 or 4 of his locations got closed PERMANENTLY! As is proved by NOTHING EVER getting corrected. And you know it's a HORRIBLE customer service experience when you think to yourself this is worse than McDonald's or Taco Bell.
Came here to get an afternoon snack. I attempted to use a deal from the app where upon the counter person told me in a snide rude way they didn't take 6 digit codes. I told her when I spoke to the app last time this happened they informed me all restaurants took 6 digit codes. She just turned around and walked away from me. Then here comes the manager out of the rear and with ZERO courtesy also rudely told me they don't accept 6 digit codes. So I got cross told her to forget it and I would be leaving them a review. The odd thing is the next day I went to the Leonard location and was talking about that and the manager chuckled and said all restaurants take 6 digit codes. Asked me which location and I told her Pearl and she laughed even harder saying the same franchisee owns both and she work's there sometimes and that employee and manager lied to my face to call corporate and complain because they can get in serious trouble for refusing to accept 6 digit codes. At least three different employees locked eyes with us, walked by us, and worked near the register. But yet it still took an exceeding amount of time for us to be even acknowledged, but even at that when we were finally walked up to the employee didn’t even greet us nor ask what we wanted. In fact he read other customer reviews on the computer laughing with coworkers, when he was eventually done with that so time sensitive task he just looked up at us annoyed. We had to greet him saying “hi” and following with our order. After we finished the order we walked over to the soda machine and it was leaking everywhere for 10 minutes and however long before we had arrived. We stood in a puddle of unknown liquid to fill out cup, there was no condiments by the drink machine and the napkins and lids were misconstrued and looked rather undesirable. Our food didn’t take forever but could’ve been faster with more workers there was like 2 people behind the counter. The floors sticky, tables dirty, and trash strewn about the establishment as if it was a teenagers room. There were strange characters loitering even employees interacting with someone who was there before us as if it was a friend. The sprite had no syrup so it was pure carbonation and the other pops didn’t taste the best either. When we left we wanted to refill our drinks but to our dismay we noticed there were black specks in both cups, a tell tale that the machine is not cleaned often or at all. But to top it off the same black specs were found all over the floor because that’s the water they used to “sanitize” the floor as a employee said.
