Allure Juice Bar — Attraction in Grandville

If I could give no stars I would ! We were excited to see this location closer to home but we went today for the first time finally to order and she first dropped a measuring cup on the floor and picked it up and put with the other ones..then she scooped ice out of a regular cooler you’d travel with and there was black all over the inside and bottom of lid and different drips of stuff that had hardened on sides and when I asked her to show me the cooler she tipped it forward to show me and the melted ice water mixed with ice was disgusting! When I saw her scoop half melted ice water half solid ice I couldn’t believe it and then I focused on the cooler and noticed how gross and dirty and when I tried to take a picture she said she can’t let me take a picture of the inside so she shut it (half way like it was originally) I only got the front of the cooler in a picture where they get their ice from and you can see it’s dirty .. Used to love coming here. We went to King Boba at about 8:10 pm (they close at 8:30) we were initially denied service for 2 drinks because it was close to closing time and then she made an "exception". The worker didn't want to make us a smoothie because she had to re clean the blender which she mentioned "takes a long time to clean" even though at this time it was only 8:15. Then she proceeded to tell us they were out of majority of the menu.

You guys should probably update your hours to say 8pm if you're not going to serve customers close to closing time.

We love boba tea and were very happy to see a new spot a little closer to home. They have lots of great options. We ended up with a strawberry smoothie with strawberry boba and a mango fruit tea with lychee boba. We got 50% sugar in both. The strawberry smoothie tasted like a milkshake which we enjoyed. The mango fruit was light and refreshing. I'm sure it would have tasted even better in the summer instead of during a snow storm but it was still delicious. I might have had it a little sweeter but that's easily customizable when you order. I'm looking forward to trying more of their other drinks! Check...
