KIDS Club Northwest — Attraction in Grants Pass

We were here for a friends birthday party. There was an abundance of unattended children that were apparently there for childcare. There was only one play zone attendant for the whole place. That poor girl looked stressed out and overwhelmed. It was udder chaos for the hour we were there. Kids hitting and throwing things. I know kids will be kids, but this was all too much. On top of that the equipment is run down and dilapidated. There is tape everywhere holding things together or covering rips. Several of the net tubes you crawl through have holes and are held together with zip ties. One of the ball pits doesn't even have enough balls to cover the bottom. this place is so awesome! i came here with my nieces we had a blast.. except one of the staff.she was older and she was the one who would watch the babies in the little kid room. she was VERY snotty. she didn’t ever smile and whenever she would come around i could see the kids smile fade and they got quiet. she was sitting at the front desk typing away and then looked at me as i has asked her what time the kids were being picked up and she said “i don’t know.” and walked right past me. the very pretty girl who had really nice nails, she put our wristbands on and she was SOO nice. she was very patient with the kids unlike the mean women. this place is so cool definitely recommend, just watch your kids around the...

Giving a shout out to KidZone! They are always amazing with my now 20 month old. We've been coming for about 4 months and they are always so good with him and remember his name, he gets excited to go and play. We went to the open gym play and ended up loosing a pair of Bluetooth headphones in the foam pit. My husband went back to search for them, and two employees got in the foam pit to help him look. They kept looking even after we had given up. We decided to leave and before we left the parking lot they found them! They were working so hard to help. So huge shout out to them for helping and finding the headphones. Kidzome is such a fun space for my little to go and play....
