Overpriced. Too many rules. Unfriendly staff. My two friends and I drove an hour to check it out and knew within 5 minutes that we wouldn't be back. -The front desk girls gave us a list of all the things the kids could NOT do as soon as we paid. This is never a good sign. -They have a staff person who just stands in the play area making sure every child is perfectly obeying every rule. -There are signs on almost every play space with some kind of "don't touch this" or "don't do that" or "this closes early". -One of the rules is to "pick up as you go" - which is fine, whatever, kids make a huge mess all the time, I get it - but for $8 a child one of your unfriendly staff teenagers who doesn't seem to do much but stand around and stare and chat with their friends can clean up. I've been to several children's museums around Ohio and have never been told to clean up! That really surprised me.
-All that being said - the 11 kids that came with our group had no clue about the mountain of rules they had to follow. They all had a good time and played for several hours.
-One other thing I'll mention is that of all the Children's museums and play places we have tried, this is the smallest and has the least amount of things to do. There are MANY different stations and all updated and clean, but they are all very small - only enough space for 2 kids at a time. Again, for the price, it's just not worth it for us to...

Read moreThis is my first review as I felt this was important to share. A worker came up to us and sprayed cleaner on the attraction we were at by ourselves. It went all over my bare arm and around our kids'/our faces. No word said beforehand, but AFTER she rudely said, "watch out", as if we were in her way. She was the one to come over to us. There were other empty spaces that could've been cleaned. She sarcastically said, "Oh, you'll be fine" and never once apologized. Very rude attitude for no reason. We were never provided an ingredient list of what was sprayed. No refund suggested or provided. Rude management was very condescending. They knew about the incident and only bothered to speak after it was pointed out they had no intention of addressing it. We felt very unwelcome and it was clear the intention was to try and make us leave early even though it was at least 30min to close. We had the right to stay for what we paid for and, more importantly, not be sprayed with cleaner. I would hope in the future they change this operation model. Cleaning something that’s actively being used could not only be dangerous for children and caretakers but I'd imagine is self-defeating. Very odd. Additionally, the place itself has few attractions which are sparse, old, and worn. It's overpriced and adults have to pay full price to watch their kids. Staff is unwelcoming. Would...
