My husband and I have eaten here several times. It had always been good until today. Every time we have been here there has never been a white girl working. Everyone was always nice and polite. The new girl (the only non-asian employee) is extremely rude!!! We both ordered scallops and shrimp hibachi. When each took a bite of the scallops they were rubbery and hard. Definitely not how scallops are supposed to be. We got up and put the boxes of food on the counter. We told the chef who walked over and asked what's wrong. We said what the problem was. He said ok. We will fix it. The girl said 'um no there is nothing wrong with our scallops!' My husband and I both said again that they are over cooked and are not supposed to be like that and we just need our money back. We normally would have had them fix it but we didn't have time. We didn't tell her that and we shouldn't of had to. She proceeded to open our food containers, pick up the used fork and poke at a scallop. She again said there's nothing wrong with our scallops. We both told her that it doesn't matter if she thinks that because she is incorrect. We want our money back. She turned to the chef and said you have to deal with them because they want a refund. She was the cashier!!! Smh! As I was clearing off our table and my husband was waiting for her to give him the refund she says 'you know you get more done with sugar than vinegar'. I lost it!!! I stared yelling. I couldn't help myself. Oh yeah to top it off she said how she's worked there for 2 years!! lol!!! They haven't been open that long! This girl obviously doesn't belong working with the public. The customer says there is an issues and they want their money back...you give them their money back. You don't more or less accuse them of lying about why they are dissatisfied. You definitely don't run your mouth making snippy comments about it either. If she would have just gave us our money back and didn't say over and over again the food was fine and run her mouth everything would have been fine. I really hope the owners (who were there) understood how she shouldn't of acted like that and fire her!!! I did explain to the male owner that we had been there many times before and everything was good but she was no good and rude. We will not be going back until she is gone. We will also be telling our friends and family to...
Read moreVery disappointed in this place.... Heard nothing but rave reviews about how great they are, so I ordered lunch from them at their Lancaster location. Their website states they are open at 11 am, so the earliest available time for pick up was 11:20 am. I took that spot and placed my online pickup order. I left work to go pick it up and arrived right on time at 11:20 am. The store was dark and empty and the doors were locked. I waited around for about 7-10 minutes to see if I could find signs of life, but nothing, so I left and returned to work a few minutes past my break time without eating lunch for the day. Then they had the nerve to have some young girl call me at 12:30 and ask me if I was gonna pick up my lunch.... Are you serious?? I even went back and checked my order# 20210713094430.ULGWZSRHAT in Cartana and it does say 11:20. Their website says 11:00 am! Why were you not open at 11? Needless to say, I will never eat there, no matter how good the food is and I advise you check to see if they are actually open before ordering...
Read moreThis is proof that Googles review system doesn't work. Regardless of what all these positive reviews say, this place is way overpriced and has a very limited menu. I'm pretty sure that by the same standard that they are using, we can also call Taco Bell a "Steakhouse". This is not a Steakhouse. Accordingly, of all the Asian food under $15 per meal places in Lancaster this one rates the worst in our books but seems to fare best on Google reviews. For the price, Dine-in is horrible on a styrofoam tray with plastic fork, portions are the smallest amoung those reviewed in our survey. The Great Wall and Chinese buffet even rate better than this place. If you want less than 2oz of meat on top of 2lbs of rice and a spoonful of greasy fried cabbage, this is your kinda...
