T.J. Maxx — Local services in Greenfield Township

I always love TJ Max I spend a lot of money there on basically everything, but yesterday I was so disappointed in them. There was a perfume on the shelf, and I loved the scent. It had no lid, and after asking an associate, I found out it was the only one. However, I watched people spraying it on themselves using it as a tester. There was a good inch of the perfume missing from the bottle. So I took it up with me, and I was willing to buy it as long as it was discounted for use and missing product. I was told no because TJ Max does not have testers, I said okay, but you can clearly see that it's been used and it doesn't have a lid . I was still told no. How are you going to expect a customer to buy something full price when you don't get the full product? 🤔 I never ask for discounts in fact that was the first time, but there was no mistake that it had been used. Good luck selling it at full price it will more than likely sit there as people just walk by and spray it on themselves. I almost bought it anyway, but it's just the principle. I would give them a 0 star just for the customer service! The manager old lady is extremely unwelcoming and mannerless. Once when I told her we will need help taking something to the car, she said we don’t have any male working here who can do that in a very rude way. She has severe attitude problems. Why is she always so mad all the time? Other younger girls are well behaved. But they recently hired a coordinator, a young dude with beard, he was extremely rude as well. During checkout he didn’t even do any eye contact. Didn’t reply to any greeting. Acted as if we are all thieves trying to take something from him! So weird!!!

Went shopping here and while I was in line to check out there was a girl behind the check out counter talking not very nicely to the other cashiers. She was being very loud as she reprimanded the girls. I was able to get her name off her name tag, it said Ciara and underneath her name said Manager. I was mortified as to how she was speaking to her employees in front of and very loudly for the customers to hear. At one point there was an older lady working behind the counter and she walked up to her and said she’s was about to chew out a worker for standing around. I heard it all. Workers seemed distressed.
