This location use to be great but over time it's went down hill. The time before last my husband ordered the tour of Italy and had to send it back because the chicken was burnt and the lasagna look like a pile of mush. The staff is always friendly. Yesterday we decided to try it again. The party next to us threw a straw wrapper through the window which landed in my husband's soup. My husband handled it very well considering the party than presumed yelling over the wall partition when he asked our server for a new bowl. Mind you my husband spent 9 years in the military and i could tell was on the verge of blacking out especially when the older man from the party decided to walk up to our table. He may of said a few choice words after the two (probably 19yr olds with their parents) younger kids just kept yelling. Needless to say we left. I think Olive Garden should have had that party removed from the restaurant or interfered. On the way out my husband was offered a gift card but declined because we definitely won't be going back and we weren't looking for a handout. It was a beyond embarrassing and an extremely awkward situation. I don't know what's wrong with people these days but it's an embarrassment to the entire United States that people act this way in public. My husband, as well as many other vets, spent years protecting this country for people like that to have...
Read morethis Olive Garden was extremely disappointing. Me and my friend went to the Olive Garden expecting a nice lunch together as friends me and my friend are under the age of 17 we were treated horribly compared to the table in front of us. The waiter was extremely impatient if you were coming here with a group of friends and you were under the 17 I would not recommend the waiter kept trying to get rid of us quicker. She didn’t ask us if we wanted anything to go. She gave me a box and a receipt and then left. She ended up charging us an extra $20 for chicken Alfredo, which we did not order. I am highly disappointed in the way me and my friend were treated at this establishment. The table in front of us got much better service just because they were older. We left a $15 tip and we were nice and respectful and all that waiter did does was act like we were a chore. Our waiters name (i think) Siana if you ever come here and she’s your waiter ask for different one, especially if you’re under age of 17. I hope that chicken Alfredo was good sienna and I hope you feel proud of yourself for treating two girls who just wanted to eat lunch at Olive Garden terribly sending love and...
Read moreUPDATE AGAIN Hit or miss, short wait to be sat, cocky server who said he was a professional and could handle a triple sat when their limit is 3 tables. 6/10 for the following the requests or order for entire meal; asked for Alfredo for dipping bread NEVER got it. Asked for extra olives on salad got extra croutons asked for fresh breadtsicks got none. Mints came after Bill was paid... I get it triple sat but don't say your a professional who can handle it if you can't TO THE CUSTOMER no less... food was OG food...
UPDATE Had lunch with a friend, much better, although menu is still cut down understandably. If you like calamari i suggest this Olive Gardens, its ALWAYS tender. I know you wanna say they all use the same recipe and what not but the other 2 Olive Gardens near us over cook their calamari... ive never had an issue here... I do miss the wine sample suggestions although I hardly ever partook it was fun to see which wine the server was sampling out...
