Huge inventory with everything from xmas ornaments to stained glass kits and man cave decor. My only suggestions are to add signage at the aisles because it is extremely difficult to know where to look for things if there is no defining of depts. They had a great 40% off sale that was generalized as to what items were included (ie. Decorative table accessories?) They try to give some additional explanations, but almost everyone at the checkout was confused by items "not on sale" that seemed to fit the list. Staff was kind and patient and tried to explain but it would be MUCH easier if they could just have a sign on the rack of sale items...because if it was grouped by catagory and marked brightly with "sale" you could easily just distinguish the few excluded brands in the department that are not on sale with a 🛑 since it would take less time....Xerox pages taped all over every aisle is over kill and cluttered chaos. Love the selection, cashier, and the 40% off item i got, and I will return for some other cool projects i saw while wandering aisles searching for...
Read moreApparent Fraud at this Location - Similar to experiences at different stores around town, I just ran into the type of bureaucratic fraud that leaves a bad taste in the mouth. I expect this location had managerial change recently, and perhaps a scheme of embezzlement is afoot. Asking the cashier lady whether or not something was on discount, she didn't even scan it to verify, but dismissed the question off hand by saying the "your price" listing on the package was the lowest possible. However, when questioned about the jewelry the was marked 50% off, she stated that no discount could be applied, thus ensuring the unless the package was physically marked, they would not honor the sales price. In addition, she seemed very nervous, and called a manager over, who of course confirmed that their advertised sale price would not be honored. The whole ordeal was very strange, but is an unfortunate pattern in today's economic climate. It makes me sad that this store is now engaged in such...
Read moreI go here for ideas. I've decided to take up quilting and just wanted to look at the fabric. They have an extensive selection to chose from and I'm sure to go back once I chose my project. I was happy to see some less traditional fabrics in the mix. I want unique, not typical or ordinary. They have something for everyone's taste. I will say some of the prices are not competitive with this area. The actual tools I need are over priced to the point of being doubled. Fabric, yes. It's fair prices. But a rotary cutter I can pick up at walmart, 1/2 a mile away, is much cheaper for the same tool. So depending on what your looking for, you might get a deal or find something you just can't get anywhere in this town. You just have to have a look. If your a knicknack collector, your going to be in heaven. Farm junk galore. Not my taste, but I have to admit the cow painting...
