PAconnect — Attraction in Greensburg

Five trips to this store to get the camera fixed. The amount of miscommunication from employee to employee is ridiculous. We were initially told both parts I needed were on order, then they replaced one part, and tried handing it back to me, when I SHOWED THEM that it still didn't work, but apparently they never ordered the part I actually needed. Next time in, their only tech wasn't around to fix it (after the part had been shipped in), so i left my phone, only to HAVE TO CALL BACK MYSELF two hours later to find out they had misplaced the part I needed and could not physically locate it. I fly out to an important meeting in 4 hours and I do not have a working camera, which is necessity for this trip I am a Senior Materials Manager for the largest oil company in the world. I was a willing-to-pay customer calling to ask a question about my computer and what PAConnect could offer me. All I wanted was a price quote. Or even better..somebody to get back to me. I truly believe that good business is honest business. If you're going to make a commitment to me about my machine that I critically needed and was ready to shell out money for, and can't even take the courtesy to call me back as you promised..I'm glad I didn't choose PAConnect for any kind of service. They clearly don't care about their customers enough if they can't follow through on commitments enough to be able to return a simple phone call to somebody who was willing to spend money for their...

PA Connect is great! When I called them out of the blue, not only did they take the time to try to help me over the phone, but when that didn't work out one of the management team came to my office the next morning to rescue our server. If you need IT support that is going to take your business as seriously as their own these are the people to call.
