We regularly shop at this Costco Warehouse. We like the "Organic" products, such as, vegetables, fruit, and frozen fruit. Prices are reasonable, but don't be fooled that this is a warehouse that always saves you money. Example, you can buy bananas in 3 pound bunches, but the price is not always as good as the grocery store, so watch out and check prices if you are that concerned. Don't worry, you won't pay a significant amount more. I will add a caution on quality. It's usually very good, but maybe due to hot weather and possibly transport in the heat, we have purchased a couple of pineapples on 7/23/2021 that began stinking up our vehicle on the way home. I bought 2 pineapples on 11/20/2021 and cut them on 11/21/2021 and they were too ripe and mushy. I will no longer buy pineapples at this Costco. They look good until you cut them open and they are almost always too ripe. 4 out of 6 have been bad. Also, seems the great price on baby organic spinach at this current time may give you 5 to 10% wilted spinach. We purchased spinach many times in the past and we purchased more on 11/20/2021 and the same thing, to much spinach is wilted so we feel it's better to get this product at the regular grocery store. I suggest you check these fresh grocery items. We have purchased many other products, such as monitors, printers, televisions, toys, spices, dry goods, and never had any issues. Check out and cashiers are very well trained and fast. They are always courteous. Gas lines will be long during store open hours, but after the store hours, with the last hour the gas service is open is the best time to purchase gasoline. Gas it always priced better than the best competitors. In fact, we try to find a Costco to purchase gas in the major cities we visit. We have the "Executive Membership" with the Visa card. You double your warranties on purchases with the card. Never had to use it. Oh, yes, I don't want to forget, I just saved over $350.00 per 6 months on my auto insurance through Costco Connect!

I’m a new member at Costco I have been a couple times. My boyfriend is also a member on the account I was doing some grocery shopping and trying to do some Christmas shopping. I had my African American friend go with me because if you have been to Costco on Woodruff you know it’s very overwhelming and I get really bad anxiety in places this big especially around Christmas time. I go to the self check like I normally do because I have a certain way I like to check out, I also was trying to do a separate transaction for the gifts for my boyfriend as I had a gift card to use for these purchases and cash therefore if he wanted to return them, he wouldn’t need my card or the money wouldn’t go back on my card as he is a member as well and could make those returns. A register opens me and my friend pushed the cart up. My friends goes to start checking out stuff when the lady just starts scanning stuff in my cart without even asking me my friend asked her to stop because she knows I have a process of how I wanted to scan stuff and she didn’t know if I wanted to start with the groceries first or the gifts This lady assumed that I was ā€œcard sharingā€ then proceeds to ask, which one of you is the card holder and I said it was me. She said well you have to purchase with one card and I said no I’m gonna do a different transaction. No, you can’t card share and is speaking over top of me without letting me explain what I was trying to do because I’ve done multiple transactions before and I’ve never had an issue. Then my friend tells her we got this. We don’t need help. she walks away and gets two men who say they’re the managers and they cross their arms and are standing beside us like a bodyguards very defensive after we check out I’m trying to find the gift card on my email to do the gift transaction as I hand my card to my other friend and she’s paying for the grocery part. The lady comes back to us and says oh I see she’s paying referring to my friend. we tried to explain multiple times the ladies just talking over top of us very rude. Very disrespectful. I’ve never experienced something so horrible in my life. I got so overwhelmed. I ended Leaving and paying for everything on one card didn’t even get to use my gift card because she was rushing us kept saying well. I’m just trying to make your transaction go faster. This place is not friendly at all and felt very racial profiled I will be canceling my membership and going back to Sam’s Club as I’ve Never encountered anything like...

Let me start by saying i’m not at all blaming the food court staff. My food was good and they still put a lot of effort into making the orders despite the lack of help they received. Not only were we waiting for 30 minutes (again not the food court staffs fault) but i witnessed the poor leadership coming from 3 separate supervisors. The food court was FILLED with people waiting for their order with only 2 people working in the kitchen. the supervisors were standing within 10 feet of the kitchen standing in the same spot just talking and gossiping. I actually overheard them speaking about work drama. this was before AND after the employees in the kitchen were asking for help. the phone was ringing off the hook call after call and there is nothing the kitchen staff could do because of how busy they were. I honestly felt for them and could visibly see the frustration they felt and wish there was something that SOMEBODY did to help them out. One specific supervisor was the main gossiper was told by 2 separate customers that the employees need help and are overworked. the supervisor then walked to the kitchen asked if they needed help they screamed yes please and he said okay i’ll find help then proceeded to walk back to the same place he was standing in 20 minutes prior to asking for help and continue gossiping without getting help from other employees. The customers should not have to walk up to you and tell you to help the struggling staff. you should take it upon yourself and use your leadership skills to either walk in grab a hairnet and help them or make an active effort to find some help for them. i’m very very very upset with the way i saw how they treated their employees. Oh i almost forgot that since the phone was ringing off the hooks with no one answering, people were calling the front to order. so, the same supervisor answered. He then walked to the kitchen and said ā€œsomeone ordered a whole pepperoni to goā€ and then tapped the counter twice and then walked away and CONTINUED TALKING ABOUT DRAMA. I was absolutely disgusted. I really hope those employees eventually leave them for a boss that actually cares about them and doesn’t overwork them so they can benefit from it. a GOOD manager would jump in and help and never ever let it get to that...
