I have a very pleasurable experience with Blake and his team at Mattress Heaven-Greenville. I walked in looking for a new mattress for my little boys. Blake met me at the door with a warm greeting and an eagerness to provide me with the best possible mattress within my budget. While I thought I would be bargain shopping since it was not exactly for my use, my mind changed completely once I laid down on a nice, plush, Sterns & Foster king mattress. While I thought my old mattress at home was in good shape, I quickly had a change of heart. Blake was very attentive to what my style of mattress needed to be for my wife and I. He had a few recommendations and within the hour, I had purchased my son a new mattress, as well as one for my wife and I, and another one for us at our farm house. I was blown away at the quality of their mattresses. It was definitely not what I expected to find. Once the purchase was completed, Blake enlisted his service for delivery. I obliged, and was very impressed with the professionalism of his drivers, and their service levels. They were quick, clean, and such a pleasure to have in my home. I will definitely be using Mattress Heaven again for my bedding needs and will be telling all of my friends about them.

Here I am, back a year later, and I solicited Blake and Daniel for some options on some new sheets and pillows. These guys know it all! They provided me with new sheets fit for a King, and the softest, most comfortable pillows for our bed. I was so amazed that there was sheets and pillows on the market that are so nice. My husband and I had a Tempurpedic mattress for 20 years, and it just got time for us to replace it. We knew, going in, that we waned another Tempurpedic, but with all the changes the brand has made in the last 20 years, we didn't know which one would work best for us. We went in and lay on all the mattresses, finally choosing the Tempur Breeze, firm. Unfortunately, once we had slept on it a few nights, we realized we had chosen the wrong mattress for us. We called Mattress Heaven back and told them we needed to take advantage of the 90 day guarantee and switch out for something different. I felt really bad for causing them so much hassle, but they were nothing but kind. Once the required 30 day waiting period was over, they switched the mattress out for the Tempur Adapt, medium firm we decided would be better. The couple who had delivered the first mattress had to come back to my house again to get the old one and bring me the new one, and they were never anything but kind, helpful, and pleasant. Amazing! My boyfriend and I went into the store to look at new mattresses. We told Tony, (the salesman) we haven't had a decent sleep in QUITE A WHILE. We were in the store visiting with Tony, having his full attention, he helped us find the perfect matress. He was extremely knowledgeable about every mattress in the store and was able to find out how many of each they had in the warehouse and how soon they could be delivered to our home. Being in Healthcare I had explained that we needed something ASAP. We found the mattress and got pillows as well and had planned to have them delivered the following day. After we left the store, completely satisfied with our choice, Tony called to say that he and the owners had managed some time and would have our new mattress delivered to our home that same night!
