Worst experience ever last night. Took an hour and a half to complete (order to pickup) it took 13 minutes just to sumbit my order from the call center i was transferred to and 4 of that was waiting for a representative to answer. Is it just me or is 11 min fairly extensive when ordering only 3 items? I had trouble understanding, he had trouble reading and repeating my order back to me and every other sentence was an upsale. No i do not want to add something else to my order, i just want the items i asked for to be done by the time i get there. HA well that was a joke. I get there 20 min after my order was placed (FYI i was told my carryout order would be ready in 15 to 20) i confirm my order, which was not completely correct but i could live with it and then i sat and waited...and waited...AND WAITED. Just under and hour and a half from when i placed the order, they finally hand me my pizzas shooed me out the door. But i stopped to check my order. I was pretty sure there were no sauces in there and i ordered and PAID extra so i expected extra. The guy first looked at me like, so you really want me to go get them, lol ya i mean at $5 a cup...not really but they are proud of it and seriously who has enough restriant to be able to use only one cup of garlic sauce for an entire large pizza??? I mean what if you were sharing the pizza...ok you get 2 dribbles and you get 2 dribbles. I am sure the average pizza order is 20 bucks, there has to be enough profit in there to spare your customers a couple extra sauce cups, jeez. But back to the poor service, got my sauce and the transaction was complete...just under and hour and half later. Then to come home and eat my feast. The pizza was cold, over cooked/dry and the garlic knots had no sauce on them. Which brings up a funny point, if you asked for extra garlic parm sauce on those, it is not a service they provide and after seeing what they prepared last night it seems as if they are cutting what they do give you in half. If your still reading this, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, the garlic butter sauce is no...
Read moreI recently ordered carryout from the Papa John’s in Greenville, Texas, and had a great experience. The order was simple: two large pizzas, one pepperoni and one Canadian bacon, but everything was done right.
The pizzas were hot and fresh when I picked them up, ready right on time. The crust had that perfect balance of soft and crispy, and the toppings were generous without being overdone. The pepperoni had just the right amount of spice, and the Canadian bacon had a rich, smoky flavor that hit the spot.
The staff was friendly, the store was clean, and the whole process was fast and easy. Sometimes it’s the little things that make the difference, and this Papa John’s nailed them all. I will definitely order...
Read moreWe have been ordering from this location for the last 4 years, and they always treat us well. We order specialty pizzas because we are plant-based, and the employees always deliver good quality pizza that we love. I highly recommend this location. Employees make the crust thick and add on a multitude of toppings in excess. This location is our go-to for plant-based delivery pizza! They always have good local deals on food as well, so it is rare that you have to pay menu price. Staff is always friendly. Quality of pizza is top notch. Our order is always...
