I went there last week, Saturday around 4 PM. There was a dining room full of people nothing coming out of the kitchen. Except for, wait for it.. fruit bowls. What an embarrassment. They had two waitresses working the entire place, but they quickly sat people and took drink orders. The problem was the kitchen. We were ignored for quite some time I left not knowing who my waitress was and therefore gave no tip. The waitress whomever that was never came by and said what was going on with the kitchen or checked on us. I saw the manager standing at the pass looking at this or that plate of food. My wife's eggs were undercooked, see raw, so were her hashbrowns. The plate was sent back. When it was returned the egg was untouched, but now cold. And the hashbrowns were burnt and only half the quantity were on the plate. What a disgrace. It wasn't sent back again because we've already been there around 40 min at least at this point. The manager came round and asked if everything was okay, I just looked at her. Clearly she isn't competent to know what's okay to serve and what's not. Seeing as she let things go out as they were. She has no standards. When paying she wouldn't apply the senior citenzen discount for my nearly 80yr old grandmother and take off my child meal, since kids eat free at the time we were there. She removed something due to the eggs, but wanted to get into an argument with me because I told her I don't have any faith in this company's ability to fix anything. She said if I had told her she could have made it right or made it herself. Yet see above,these are the standards implemented. She just couldn't take being told IHOP sucks, in other words of course. The manager trying to argue with me further displays the complete lack of awareness and basic competency.
No doubt the problem with the kitchen is they forgot to turn on the burner.

Read moreMy husband and I went with our toddler on Mothers Day night around 11PM (5/11/25) and the young man working that evening seating customers and waiting tables couldn't be bothered to seat us. We were told upon arriving, in a slightly annoyed tone, that it would be a minute before he could seat us. We sat and waited for several minutes on the bench by the doors, and were finally told we could go find a seat for ourselves but it "would be a while" before he would get to us. I began to walk to the right to get a high chair as it was clear to me he wasn't going to offer one. As I did this, he told me that the seating area to the right was closed. It is important to note that there was a group of people seated in that area even though it was "closed". So I got the high chair and we sat on the other side of the restaurant. We waited for about 10 minutes and were never brought menus, offered drinks, or even spoken to again. All the while, the server was in the "closed" section of the restaurant with who I can only assume were his friends or coworkers. There were a couple of ladies seated nearby who looked like they'd been waiting a while and hadn't received their food so we decided to leave. He made it clear that he was not interested in serving us, and we can take a hint. We were seated and the waiter took a long time before coming back to us about our drinks then once he brought our dinks we had our menus open and were just looking around because we were ready he didn't ask if we were ready all he did was put the drinks down and turn right around and walked over to other employees and just started to talk yo them. The manager had came and asked if we were doing alright tonight and we had told her that we were waiting to order we were sitting there for over 15 minutes after getting our drinks which we were ready to order when he brought our drinks. She proceeded to tell him to get our order and he proceeded yo get mad and started to throw a fit like a 4 year old not getting their way and started to curse very loudly which then me and my mother proceeded to grab our things and leave.
This man really should be fired because there was customers in there and we weren't the only ones to get up and leave there was a couple and their child who left before us because he was taking his time.
