Burger King — Restaurant in Greenville

This is by far one of the worst Burger King's I've ever been to. Granted they have a nice playground the staff is rude and when I showed them that our chicken fries were way overcooked and had obviously been sitting out for a long time they said "your kids ate a couple we will not cook you FRESH ones"! They ate one or two before I had realized it. I took some up to the front and showed the shift manager and she said "those don't look right... I will have them cook some Fresh ones and bring them out". I waited for at least 15 minutes and then walked to the front. No one would make eye contact me even though no one else was ordering. Finally I saw the shift manager that I had previously spoken to and she sharply said "wait there". I waited until another manager had walked to the front. She said "where are the other fries?" and I said "I only have a couple left because my girls were hungry while waiting for the last 15 minutes". She said "I can't control what your kids do and I am not just going to give these (the FRESH fries they had already cooked) to you for free". They treated me very rudely like I was trying to steal from them.... I just wanted to let them know that they were overcooked in the first place and then they offered on to us cook them had them sitting on the bar and would not give them to us because they did not one of the give us for "free". When I pay for something I expected to be the same quality and that anyone else would expect. They were rude and and treated me like a thief. Last time I will be back for...

Couldn't hear the girl mumbling at the drive thru, and she kept interrupting when I was trying to correct her because she had the order wrong. When we arrived at the window, a guy opened it, said the amount, took the card, ran it, opened the window, and handed it back. We asked for salt, pepper, and napkins. He grabbed a handful and gave them to us. Never spoke, other than the amount. Opened the window and handed out the bag with food, and shut the window. Still never spoke. We kept trying to get his attention because we needed our drinks. Someone else saw us and told him. He opened the window, and STILL never spoke. We asked for drinks, he handed us 2 and shut the window. I could tell they were wrong because we ordered coke, and those were clear. Again, we couldn't get his attention, and someone else noticed us. He opened the window and NEVER spoke. We asked for the correct drinks. He brought them and closed the window. Never apologized, thanked us, or asked if we needed anything else. I also never got my receipt. And to top it off, the chicken on my chicken sandwich was so dry I couldn't eat it. And we asked for a whopper with cheese all the way except mustard instead of mayo. We got mustard and mayo. I don't know if this guy was just having a bad day or if he really stinks at his job. All I know is if I ran that place, he would get retrained or fired. I don't see us going back there...

I have a new experience: I am a regular customer who orders nuggets for my kids. When you have picky toddlers you do what you have to do😂 But everyone up there is very nice except one young teenager boy who had made a comment (they all say you want ranch right) saying ranch? I said yes how did you know cause he was new he said "well you come in here everyday basically its kind of obvious." I let it go.. I bit my tongue and got my nuggets and pulled off. Then another time he was on the speaker box i made my order which was only 2 frappes and he said " thats it? No nuggets" but it wasnt a nice joking if it was i wouldve laughed back.. I said if i wanted nuggets this time i wouldve ordered them.. I pay A L O T of money to burger king and ill be damned to be treated this way by an employee when every time i have come through i have been poliet i have waited patiently on the times they have asked me to pull around. One new girl gave my kids a crown to wear which was so sweet an amazing. The manager i believe he is his name is a hard one to pronounce but i believe it starts with an A he is the best and always cares about his job.
