On July 10 (I know a whole week later), I came into the office to get a massage for the very first time in my 35 years of life. It was my birthday and I wanted to do something nice for myself and I am so happy I did. I walked in the facility and was greeting by a very happy office manager by the name of Ernest Silver. Even though he was wearing a mask, I know that he was greeting me with a smile. He knew who I was, and we had never even met before until that day. I filled out a quick assessment of what my needs were and was taken back immediately by Rikita. Her energy seemed to be very pleasant. She asked my questions about what I was coming in for and when I answered her questions, I knew she was listening. She brought me into a room that was clean and felt warm. She gave me clear directions to get started. When we started the massage, I told her that I was nervous, and I may laugh out. She let me know that I can relax and to trust her. We started talking about our family and what was going on in the world. We got so caught up in our conversation that I had notice that I did not laugh. She made me feel comfortable. She told me some of my problem area and told me when I come back, she will start working on those problem areas. My checking out was a breeze and I did not feel pressure into getting the membership. I accompanied a friend today for a consultation. She discussed in depth her concerns with Bambi and Cindy. They are both so knowledgeable about fillers and Botox. All of our questions were answered. My friend decided to go forward with the plan, and I was amazed at how much time Bambi took with her. Her results were absolutely amazing. I plan to go myself next week and I’m very excited about my appointment. The staff are very professional and very friendly. This is a much needed aesthetic team for our community.

Update: Let me begin by telling you that my experience started with a very informative consultation with Cindy that provided me a detailed education on my choices in injectables. I chose to go with a filler that also stimulates collagen and elastin. I was so thrilled to know that I had this option! My RN Injectionist Bambi took her time with me, and also discussed my goals. Her years as an experienced injector showed in the manner in which she treated me, the different techniques that she used to inject, and of course the refreshed, and natural look that she achieved! Dr. Christopher LaCroix is an excellent Physician! I have followed him for 6 years now. It was a shame that Vidant couldn't agree on a contract renewal on him, as he was the backbone at Vidant Internal Medicine when he was there! I was in a bad car accident in June of 2013, I was rear-ended by a tractor/trailer while sitting still. I was discharged at Martin General within 45 minutes with only a CT scan of my back! I started having severe headaches the next week and vomiting, my wife contacted his office and they stated he didn't have any appointments, so she was persistent and left a message with his nurse and he advised my wife to bring me to his office now!
