So I did the graded card thing they have with psa and was told it be 45 day turn around with psa and everything so tell me why it been 4 months an then I look they raised the price to get your card graded through them for some reason I’m starting to think I’ll never get my card back. I understand I did through the Franklin GameStop last year in November but it February now so why have it say 45 Business days but if I count that not what it is it more than that I feel no one should do their grading services cause this doesn’t seem right cause one of my friends did through psa them self and their card return to them quickly but with GameStop they don’t tell you anything of where your card is or what going on with it they only send messages when they ship it when it gets to psa when it graded an when returns but I haven’t heard anything if my card is going to be delayed or will be to them nothing I’m in the dark which feels off November 8th of 2023 when I sent it but didn’t get shipped intel December an arrived to psa the week before Christmas then was graded in January 13th 2025 how is possible that it February 13th 2025 this is sad idk if my card was stolen lost or anything nothing which makes me regret doing it now knowing it I’ll never see my card again cause I’ll be calling to find out what happened to my card if they don’t tell me I’ll call customer service with Gamestop cause...

Unfortunately I believe today was the last day this location would receive any of my money. This review goes to James, the Team Lead at this location. I have recently pre ordered 2 Prismatic Evolutions Booster Bundles; and to ensure this pre order I had gone in the day before to confirm a time frame on pickup. I left feeling confident after the employee ensured me that they would be set aside. Today I had came in to pick up my pre orders and James told me he could only give me 1. I noticed two were sitting there behind the counter? He proceeded to tell me those were his; I explained the confirmation I got the day before and the urgency for my 2 pre orders.
