I lived here for a year and loved it! Staff is friendly and maintenance requests/issues were always handled in a timely manner. Apartments are large and modern and appliances are brand new. You can hear the train, but they don't run that often and you're a 5 minute walk to a train that goes to Seacucaus and Hoboken (easy access to NYC) so it's worth it. Smoking is allowed so the hallways smell sometimes, but the staff puts air fresheners up which help! It's the perfect apartment for an easy commute into NYC and a great value for the price! Mom has been a resident here for 6 years. Everytime She requests a repair, it is done in a timely fashion and done well. She recently had her apartment painted and it was done quickly and proficiently. She is a particular person and even she was pleasantly surprised with the job done. The team was polite and courteous.
