Lived here for a little over 2 years and I do agree that maintenance is great as are some of the amenities. However my proposed renewal rate was absurdly high (as I see now the prices for this complex have skyrocketed), and I do not believe that the value is there with all of the drawbacks I experienced living here. For one, I experienced frequent power outages sometimes (I am unsure why) only effecting buildings on the North side of the complex in 1000, 6000, and 5000 buildings. Also the area is not very quiet, although quieter than say a major city center. You're located near a dive bar that gets pretty packed on the weekends and Haddon Ave can get pretty noisy on holidays and during bar crawls with drunk people stumbling around looking for a bathroom.
The apartment finishes are decent, although my only major complaints were that you get a top load washer that is very spacious but doesn't wash very well compared to a front load. Adding on to the older comments I read here about carpet replacement--I took really good care of my bedroom carpet and still had to pay for professional cleaning, but not replacement. Management here is not your friend, but they are nice and professional. I never felt like I was facing anything unfair or unexpected, but compared to other more tenant-friendly management companies I have dealt with in the past, they are very procedural and by the book. The complex was still newer when I moved in and I had an issue with wiring in the walls that they tried to not take responsibility for but after documenting the issue well enough they...
Read moreI lived at Haddon Towne Center for eight years and had a truly exceptional experience. The maintenance support—especially from Bob—was outstanding. He was always quick to respond and efficiently resolved any issue that came up. It gave me real peace of mind knowing I could count on that level of service. The grounds were beautifully maintained year-round, creating a welcoming and attractive environment. The office staff were consistently courteous, friendly, and responsive to any questions or needs I had during my time there. Located right on Haddon Avenue in Haddon Township, NJ, Haddon Towne Center is in a prime location. It’s an outstanding place to live, work, and enjoy life, with plenty of great restaurants, bars, and local businesses just steps away. One of the biggest conveniences is its close very close proximity to the PATCO High Speed Line, which provides easy access to multiple South Jersey towns and Center City Philadelphia. The Haddo Towne Center Apartments also offers excellent amenities, including a nicely equipped fitness center, a well-appointed clubhouse, and a heated pool for tenants to enjoy. All in all, Haddon Towne Center was a wonderful place to call home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality living in a vibrant, well-managed...
Read moreI recently moved out of Haddon Town Center after a year as a resident, and I can confidently say that it was a consistently positive experience from start to finish.
The location speaks for itself—conveniently situated in the heart of Haddon Township, just steps from the Westmont PATCO station, local dining, shops, and parks. The apartments are well-designed, modern, and maintained to a high standard.
What truly sets Haddon Town Center apart, however, is the quality of the people who keep it running. The maintenance team deserves special recognition—they are prompt, professional, and consistently went above and beyond to address issues quickly and efficiently. Having such a reliable team on-site gave real peace of mind.
I also want to recognize Andrea and Amanda in the leasing office. Throughout my time there, they were helpful, courteous, and responsive. From the initial leasing process through my move-out, they handled everything with professionalism and care.
Leaving Haddon Town Center was bittersweet—it was more than just a place to live; it was a well-managed community that truly felt like home. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality living experience in...
