the drinks were great, but the service was awful. we were waiting for about 8 minutes before someone finally came from back, and he absolutely did not want to be here. he talked in a extremely monotone voice, and another customer came and asked a few questions, to which he rolled his eyes and threw his hands up, when they simply asked whether it was self serve. he disappeared in the back again, and half the customers aren't even being served until they wait for ten minutes. i personally work in food service and was extremely disappointed with the treatment of me and my friend, as well as other customers. he was a young twenty something year old blonde with a ponytail and glasses. avoiding at...

I went here tonight 4/5/17 and yes the frozen yogurt was delicious as were the toppings but there was a young woman working there and me and two other girls showed up around 9 pm when they closed at 9:30 and I have NEVER been treated the way this young woman treated us. She was extremely rude. Telling us not to take more then 20 minutes cuz they are " closed" and glaring at us the entire time as we try to quickly and politely get our frozen yogurt even though she was so rude and disrespectful. They took so long, they took the order and didn’t do it until half an hour later. The place is pretty but the service is bad. But I can only blame one person, the person who took the order because they just left the cup at the front so the girl making the boba never noticed we ordered.

Don’t be fooled I know it’s partly my fault for not telling the girl but we thought they all knew and were already making the order.
