I brought my phone here to get the screen fixed and then gave it to a friend (I'd already bought a new one). The screen looked great, but It's not been right since. My friend finds that the touch screen doesn't work right now. She has to touch things several times to get it to work. Very frustrating. Waste of money.

On a more disturbing note, I found it very strange to be asked for my password and then leave the phone with a stranger for an hour. Apple wouldn't allow me to leave in in the store. And, more alarmingly, the phone seems to be doing things all on its own. She looked down this morning to see her email being scrolled though, and then other apps appearing and disappearing. She wasn't even touching the phone. I am convinced that something was either put on the phone, or the phone is somehow being used by someone else, without her knowledge. I admit I haven't called Cracked Solution yet to address this, because I don't have the phone in my possession anymore. I feel stupid and naive to have handed my phone to someone I don't know and let them keep it...

I absolutely love this place I had some issues when it came to using my apple pen again on my iPad pro but eventually the problems disappeared I know there is this convoluted way of replacing screens where you have to absolutely make sure that the original memory chip that sits on the original screen that's programmed to only allow the Pencil functionality to work if the screen is connected to the original logic board has to also be implemented as of now my apple pen works and the screen looks great if it doesnt work in the future that is also fine as that is the risk I took getting my screen replaced from a third party. Brutal. Phone was broken and for once i absolutely needed it, so i passed on the trip to the apple store and came here. After two weeks the phone died one night while i was asleep and wouldn't turn on the next morning. I brought it in and discovered it had been the screen that broke. However, because the screen protector was damaged and he could "see physical damage" despite the actual screen being spotless under it, i "voided" the warranty. Normally i don't write reviews however despite it blatantly just being the screen being made or installed improperly, they refused to repair or replace it (even at a reasonable price).
