Furniture-Kathy Style — Local services in Hagåtña Municipality

I went to two locations one in Agana and the one next to deal depot. In Agana, the customer service was great! My family and I were warmly greeted by the staff. Antonette guided us through the floor. She was awesome and super helpful!! Definitely came back the next day to make a purchase. A week later I decided to visit the one next to deal depot. I was so excited to go in and take a look around for more pieces. While I expected the same great service that Agana had, I was a bit disappointed and quite uncomfortable.. was not greeted and was not asked if I needed help UNTIL I was a few feet away from walking out the door :(

Moving on to the home delivery.. The box truck was unable to drive through our road due to the low power lines. But the two delivery guys carried our furniture down the road and up our stairs. Wish we got their names :/ Instead of having to reschedule delivery, they went above and beyond! Customer service...

Great selection and great customer service. I went in to see if they had adjustable bases and a bed frame that was able to accommodate it. I had a lot of questions and concerns but the Staff was very knowledgeable and made it easy to find what we were looking for.

The delivery service was on point as well. I wish I remembered their names but they were extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

took about an hour and a half waiting for the warehouse worker to get to the location to take the bed frame apart( there was no other frame so we took the display ).then they finally got there so we went to my house ..and everything fell apart .. the pieces that were meant to stay together fell apart.. they over-torqued it . Then i open the bottom drawer that was also shipped to my house .. AND THERE WAS A DEAD ROACH INSIDE. NOT EVEN JOKING. maybe the price was for the dead roach cause it sure wasn’t for...
