Dual Highway Liquors — Attraction in Hagerstown

I am extremely upset with the way an employee handled a situation that took place yesterday. The employee accused me of being involved in a particular incident that took place inside of the store, however this incident involved another patron and did not have anything to do with the store at all. The employee was yelling at me and was extremely disrespectful. I was not even aware of what took place until this employee yelled at me and accused me infront of other patrons. I told the employee I was not involved in the incident at all and to pull up the video footage inside of the store and he absolutely refused too, telling me that he knew I was involved and the video footage proved it... I am 100% CERTAIN I WAS NOT INVOLVED AT ALL. And this employee would not allow me to even clear my name by going back and reviewing the footage... I was kicked out, disrespected, humiliated and accused of something I did NOT do. They refused to give me a way to contact the owner to clear these...

This is one of my favorite liquor stores to go to in Hagerstown even if I’m out of the way I always make sure to go here cause of the great prices , always stocked up , and the friendly and helpful staff especially Robyn and cliff no matter what I need or what questions I have they always give me the best service with a smile and no hesitation they even got the items I normally always get stocked cause they like to make there customers happy and will do whatever it takes to make the store clean and well ran so shoutout to them for making a liquor store trip a great experience cause it can be stressful especially with all the people that hang around and ask for money but they make sure to give the customers not only a great experience but a safe one to thanks again Robyn and cliff you definitely are the main reasons I come to dual highway liquors and will I’ll always go...

Michelle is awesome. Just the other day I asked her to get Swisher Sweet leaf original for me and they're already here. She wrote it down in her notes not too long ago. That's lit🔥. I appreciate you. In all honesty the five stars is for the employee not the store itself, the prices are extremely high so I only visit Dual highway liquor store because it's close enough to walk there.
