Used to be a well run Taco Bell, but now they're getting orders wrong an insane amount. Here's a rundown of the last 3 times I went there: 3 visits ago-forgot one item, just happened to be the most expensive item on my order. They remade the item and I requested a coupon for a free taco for having to drive all the way back there from my house. No biggie, thought that would be the end of it 2nd to last visit-made a rather large order including a taco that I used the coupon I got on the previous visit. They forgot the free taco that they originally awarded me for screwing up (ironic) and an additional item. I didn't even bother to go back as they were closed and the dollar amount I spent on both items wasn't really worth going back another day over.
Didn't go there for several weeks after that because I was so disappointed at their service, but just today I went back with a friend on his request, placed an order for the both of us and they forgot an item AGAIN. Now granted, this time at least they didn't charge me for it. They didn't even put it on the order despite me speaking slowly and clearly and I am near certain the employee repeated it to me as he was trying to get my order taken down.
All in all it's ridiculous how far the service at this Taco Bell has fallen in such a short amount of time. I don't know if they had a management change, hired a bunch of bad new employees or what, but something has to change. Read moreThe Manager/Supervisor running night shift is the rudest, most unpleasant person I've encountered in years! I placed an order via the Tacobell app and arranged to do a drive-through pickup. I drove up to the drive-through mic and gave my name, The lady assumed I was DoorDash and demanded I come inside to complete the order. I explained to her that this is a personal order, already paid for through the app. She told me it would take 10 minutes and I should wait at the menu board. I noticed that a line was building behind me, so out of courtesy, I decided to pull to the second window to allow other customers to place their orders. The second I pulled around, the lady again demanded I pull forward and wait until the order is complete, then slid the window close not even giving me a chance to respond. Within 5 seconds of demanding I move my car, she returned repeating herself and raising her voice. I did not appreciate this but opted to not respond to avoid further angering her or worst, having her tamper with my food. She returned a third time saying if I didn't move my car she would cancel my order (which I was already charged for and the app confirming it was ready for pickup). I told her I'm not moving because the order is ready, so give me my food or give me a refund. Long story short, I did not get my food and she called the police on me for not moving my car, telling them im trespassing. Do not come here! Read moreSo we ordered a party pack through Uber eats. When they went to go pick it up after paying $27 for it the employees decided to take it upon themselves to shut the store down early. After calling an Uber to find out where food was they said the store was locked up. We called the taco Bell and they said they were open until 12. So Uber went back out again and they were still locked up. So after 2 attempts Uber wouldn't refund our money. So I called and complained to the general manager. She offered us a free party pack. I thought that was fine. Until I had my girlfriend in the car with me to go pick up this party pack. The party pack was only $15. But Uber charged us $27. So my girlfriend says to me. So let me get this straight? We lost $27 and didn't get our tacos because they closed the store early. They would have needed to give you three party packs. 2 to cover the $27 that she lost through Uber. And a third one which would have been a free one to cover all the BS. So we can actually lost money and game did nothing because of their incompetent associates. And to make matters worse we complained about the fact that two weeks ago when we got our party pack there was 54 sauces in the bag. A complete waste driving the cost of my tacos up!!
