Iris Nail Care - Russian pedicure manicure — Attraction in Hallandale Beach

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! I’m highly unsatisfied with the service I received at iris nail care!!!!!! Iris did an amazing job on my pedicure but her nail master have my nails looking like I paid $40 at the typical Asian nail salon!!!!!! Nails look unnatural and look like I have tips and acrylic on my nails!!! Not only did the master rush on my nails as if she had somewhere to be and I was making her late . I asked her several times During the service To make my nails look more natural!!!!!! I did not want to upset the Nail master so I contact the owner Iris!!!!!! While getting my services done, Iris left, she was not there while I asked the master to correct my nails several times!!!!!!!! When I contact Iris, I was very polite. I did not raise my voice. She became very upset, combative and nonchalant after paying $250 for my service. She stated if I wanted my nails corrected it will be an additional $85 and I would have to wait three more days until I can get my services corrected, my services with my pedicure and manicure came to $220. I tipped her $30 just to be unsatisfied. Iris do not respect or appreciate her customers as I drove two hours away to patronize her business. I should have never booked her services. She is unprofessional , I had to ask her to stop screaming at me. I never disrespected her, cursed at her or raised my voice if you were unsatisfied with your service and you were complaining during the whole entire service, I asked her to review her cameras as she can hear me, asking the nail master to correct the issue . Go to the nail art department if in the Hallandale area don’t waste your money !!!!!!! I didn’t ask for a refund and a correction I asked her to fix what was messed up. I live in Boynton and drive to the nail space in Wilton manors as they were busy, so I went to iris. I’ve been getting Russian manicures and pedicures for the last past two years With no complaints until today!!!!!!! A note to Iris as a business owner customers are always right When customers are Unsatisfied you as a manager, should try to remedy the situation and not provoke the situation Or use your pride!!!!!! My Russian manicures never look like this !!!!!!! Big,bulky flat and disgusting It looks like I have acrylic on my nails !!!!!!! In the white is from the nail space. Clean, natural hard gel!!!!! Iris nail master did my nails in the green it looks unnatural!!!!!!!!!! Then she lied to my mom when my mom called and said my nails were broken and messed up no all of my nails were even they just needed to be done at the time of service!!!!!! Her nail master drilled my nails so hard and said I needed extensions to try and make more money off me!!!!! I declined as I said I don’t want Extensions I want them to look natural!!!!!! Iris u are a liar I expressed during the service which u said u would review the cameras. Which is something u did not do.because you can hear me ask her during service to make it look more natural. In the picture provided the white set was a hard gel set as I already had a nice square shape to my nails. I did not ask her to make a bell bottom shape to my nail and create a fake look to my natural nail. Yes I was late because I had no clue traffic would be such an issue traveling almost 2 hours to your shop. Not only did I communicate throughout my lateness, you were very acceptive to my Tardiness. U did not offer to fix for free u tried to have me book another appointment and pay $85 on top of the $115 I already paid!!!! I did not feel welcomed. The nail technician sighed a lot during my manicure appointment making me feel like a bother. Also being charged full price for my 1st appointment (advance pedicure) that I had to wait 25 minutes past the appointment start time, and being told that the extra time in my 2nd appointment (manicure) was for the technician not for the client who booked the time slot, left me feeling robbed and scammed by your business.

I did not receive the manicure that I intended to have, and felt rushed throughout both appointments. Because of the poor scheduling done by your team.

If your client isn’t in the wrong, the owner should’ve taken accountability of the time conflicts and compensated the client instead of raising her voice at me with excuses, when I expressed my discontent with my nails and how short my 2nd appointment was being cut to (I still had 42 minutes left in my second appointment as the nail tech explained why she couldn’t do what I asked to receive).

I also did not appreciate a picture of my hands being taken without my consent. I have a young demeanor and feel as if I was treated this way due to age. I was left feeling exploited and taken advantage of after my experience at your salon...

I found Iris on instagram, I was impressed by the before and after pictures, but let me tell you what impressed me more, her work is amazing, she’s super detailed oriented, she takes her time and everything she does so carefully and gently. She’s very nice, polite and attentive. I do not have cracked heels but I loved the pictures of the toe nails, her work is super clean, I loved everything.
