Just wanted to take this opportunity to express my appreciation on prompt and very professional service. These days when it seems like everything is being taken away from you. It is quite refreshing to receive great customer service. After trying to handle an insurance matter for the past 4 to 5 months between my complex and my insurance company State Farms. Finally I spoke to someone today that was able to handle the situation in less than 30 minutes. It’s hard for a customer to try to speak between the complex and the insurance company on insurance business. We may not get the words out quite right. But Ms Contessa knew exactly what I was talking about or better yet. What I was trying to say. As soon as I started talking trying to explain the situation.. She immediate took action. I really think she heard the frustration in my voice over this matter. Well, less than 30 minutes later, she sent the information that I have been long waiting to see over the pass five months. I want to thank you very much. That’s one burden that was lifted off of me. Once again, nothing like outstanding customer service. Just like a good neighbor Ms Contessa was there for me.
