The UPS Store — Attraction in Harker Heights

I went back to the UPS store on April 5, 2025. @ different people were in the shop. I found them to be more welcoming and helpful. The manager helped me and showed me an easier way to process what I wanted to do.

I mention how helpful she was compared to when I was in earlier in the week. They realized that the original reviewer was me.

Normally I have had no trouble with this store. I went in and went straight to the computer to open my email, so that I could print my label. The computer I was using shut down while I was waiting for my print job. The guy, in the blue shirt, told me that it was 3rd party and he could not help me. The young lady in the store with him gave me the wifi password and I then tried to download the label I needed. During this time a woman came in with exactly the same issue as me. Her tablet was not boxed up and she had no label downloaded. The young woman quickly scanned her phone and helped her. I was like cool, I didn't know you could do that. The guy who helped me earlier called me over and I tried to give him my phone to scan too. He said he could not do that. That my label needed to be printed out. That is when I found out that my email did not go through and this guy was not going to help me at all. I did ask about the other woman but was ignored or he did not hear me. Hi, I came in on Tuesday, March 25 and I had a TikTok return which they gave me a label and I didn’t realize where the label was and the Beeman was AMAZING HE HELPED ME GET THROUGH THE PROCESS AND LET ME KNOW WHAT I NEEDED TO DO. April 23, 2025 Hi, I would like to give another review on this excellent UPS store In Harker Heights the people that work there are so welcoming the manager she is doing an outstanding job always helpful and veryrespectful.

I came in the store today with a box that was a little uncomfortable and a little heavy she saw me outside struggling and she offered to help me get the box inside. And as we approached the door, the employee whose name is Willie took the box from us and laid it on the counter I really appreciate you guys so very much you guys do outstanding service. I wish all the communities in the area could work as good as you guys work together and are so respectful and helpful to the customers I love coming there. I think I’ll come there too much but I’m planning an event and I’m trying to get some things right with Amazon my favorite shopping...

My family does a lot of online shopping - so when we first moved here - we wanted to use a mail center to avoid having packages stolen from our front porch. We've seen this happen time and again, even in the best of neighborhoods.

Although the Harker Heights UPS Store received some pretty horrible reviews in the past, I decided to see for myself. My findings:

The management and staff have always provided us professional "customer first" service. They have always gone out of their way to ensure we were informed about the best shipping option for our situation regarding cost vs time. They have always been cooperative in making corrections and seeking solutions for our shipping needs. As box-holders, our family has always been confident that our items were handled professionally and securely until we could arrive to claim them.

Negative reviews may simply reflect that snapshot in time when a particular reviewer was not having the greatest of days - don't let that sort of thing guide your choices - go see for yourself.
