I attempted to place an order on the Pizza Hut website, and after adding an extra pizza, I attempted to remove it. Unfortunately, when I tried to process the order, it still displayed the original error from when I was placing the order and prompted me to call in my order instead. I did call in my order. That order was delivered. My bank statement this morning showed that Pizza Hut charged me twice. Pizza Hut charged me once for the order I received and was happy with, and also for the order that I was informed had an error during processing. The incorrect charge totaled $104.92. When I contacted the store manager today, he refused to talk to me, saying that the website and the store were separate, and told me to call the CS on the website. I was only able to initiate an online chat, but the CS rep that was chatting with me closed the chat because I'm slow at typing on a cell phone. But I was told that I was free to initiate another chat. Never, ever will I order from Pizza Hut again. NEVER!!!
The issue is still not resolved.

Read moreAbsolute worse customer service ever. Last time I ordered from them, they did not bring an item I ordered, called and spoke with the manager and he credited my account. Attempted to place an order tonight over the phone so I could use that credit, but after reaching a call center and then being on hold for over ten minutes, I hung up and ordered online. After an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting (said it would be delivered in 55 minutes), I get a call from the delivery driver saying he was four minutes away. Food is delivered. I bite into an uncooked piece of chicken, so I call, yet again. Immediately ask to speak to a manager. He instantly tells me how busy he is, and I tell him I know, because we just got uncooked chicken. He tells me they can remake it, or give me a credit (same spill I heard last time). Told him to remake it, because credits seem to be hard to use with them. He then tells me it will be 70 minutes before they can bring it. Are you kidding me? If I messed up a customer's order, I would be trying to fix it ASAP. Never ordering from this...
Read moreThis used to be one of my favorite locations. The current management is garbage and their kitchen staff is laughable. I was asked to sit and wait for a manager to apply a coupon to my order because the normal cashier couldn't. So I sat. And sat. And paced. And sat. An hour and a half later, after being told it would be "a little longer" five times, the manager finally comes out and starts chatting with the evening staff who have come in to take over. I loudly sigh and he looks over and asks if I need something. After telling him that I've been waiting for a manager over a coupon, he motions me to the register and starts SCOLDING ME that my order has "been ready". Dude, I know!? He tosses my order onto the counter and throws a fit, I take it home, old and soggy that it is at that point, and find out that my order was screwed up, as usual for this location lately. I'm so fed up that I want to look up locations owned outside of my local franchise and go purchase from them so I don't have to deal...
