This location has gone downhill over time. I have been a frequent customer, but not anymore. I went this morning, 02-21-23, pulled up to the drive thru at 7:55 am. There was one car in front of me who I know had been sitting there waiting for several minutes. She pulled out of line after waiting another minute or two. I pulled up and waited, no response or anything. While waiting, another car pulled up behind me. When I drove around, I saw the store was pitch black, not open. Not only that, but every time I have been lately, the employee tells me that the scanner for the app is broken. Also, when I have tried to pay with cash recently, I have been told that they are only accepting cards. No signs or anything about that. There usually seems to be only one employee, maybe two on a good day (and none of them seem happy to be there, pretty bland and mediocre customer service). I left today and went to the Killeen location off W.S. Young. There were three employees that I counted. They were very friendly and fast. My smoothie was made correctly (which has been yet another issue at the Heights location). They had been open for roughly an hour already and they were doing their job efficiently. Read moreI’ve never had any issues with this store in the past about simply giving me a refund for any incorrect orders, unavailable bowls or unavailable items, staff was very friendly and kind albeit their many mistakes. But today ASHTON decided to tell me that I couldn’t get a refund because I incorrectly described that the plastic in my bowls were actually paper. And if I had said it was paper instead of plastic that he would’ve issued me the refund. So clearly this supervisor believes that paper should be an okay item in their food. And when the pieces were brought up to the store to confirm the refund they refused and when I called ASHTON he said I was very rude and he didn’t have to give me anything because the items in my food was actually paper and not plastic…? So that is acceptable? Imani was very kind in taking my name and number for him to reach out to me but he is clearly a very emotional man who uses holding back refunds as a way to feel better about the POOR...
Read moreWas craving a smoothie and wanted to try this place for the first time. Today, I ended driving away without purchasing my drink. After the initial drive-thru order which was very confusing (I did not want a chocolate or vanilla flavored beverage) I just wanted a peanut butter taste for my "peanut" smoothie. It took a long 30 minutes to get near the window and once 'almost' there, watched the car ahead sit for an additional 10 minutes until they finally received two small bowls. Instead of assisting my vehicle next, while the drive-thru window was still open (ie. let me pay and tell me that my drink will be right out) the associate just shut the window. In my opinion, 40+ minutes is outrageous to wait for a beverage (or any food item) through a drive-thru. So, I continued to pull through and will not be back. It is such a bummer. I would have been a return customer if both the experience and product were good. I do not recommend this smoothie...
