Horrible, absolutely Horrible customer service!!! Don't ever come here! We pulled up 20 mins before they closed and the rep told us it would be a 10 min wait. My husband said okay no problem so are we still okay to order? The rep replied " Like I said it'll be a 10 minute wait and we're about to close in 10 minutes. Then I asked why is there such an attitude when were just trying to get an understanding?? I understand you're about to close, however you're still ON THE CLOCK. She then said its whatever your done, have a good night, good night. The rep was an Indian lady with blue hair and her attitude was horrible and she immediately canceled the order, had us wait outside while she never acknowledged us and we were sent away with nothing. Don't bother coming here when they're about to close because they will have an attitude and if you don't abide by their attitude they will cancel your order. I work in customer service and I understand it may be irritating when someone pulls up 10 min before you close, however, what are you doing to make the person that pulls up 15 mins before you close give the same respect, energy, and attentiveness as the person who called when you first clocked in?!? Never ever dine here. Horrible , horrible customer service. Hire people who genuinely have a decern for people's needs who are looking for your services.

I have actually returned there to conduct business with them, however now I will no longer be returning. Read moreI was very disappointed with my visit to Golden Chick. I ordered a 2pc chicken dinner and requested 2 thighs. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, a young lady came and told me they did not have any fried thighs and suggested I try the baked. I chose to try a fried breast and a baked thigh. After another 10 minutes,, I finally got to the window. They asked did you order two baked thighs I said no. The young lady stepped in and said mam I found a fried thigh so you will be able to get one fried and one baked thigh. I was totally fine with that. So while waking for my food another 10 min, I was watching the unorganized employees behind the counter. a customer from the dinning room came to return his meal because it was wrong. the young lady took the open food box from the customer and turned to talk to a lady behind the counter, wearing a maroon shirt. The the young lady prepared a new box and then dumped the chicken from the open returned box into the new box, bagged it and tried to serve it to me. I said really? Did that customer open the box? The young lady asked the customer and they said yes. I said that's so wrong, on all levels, and I asked for a new meal.The lady at the window told me the lady has been doing that all day and her name was Delilah. So Delilah if you read this, please take a refresher course on food handling. After getting my new meal, I pulled away and pulled over to check my meal. 1 Brest 1 thigh and bonus, they gave me a extra leg. I was happy, until I proceeded to take a bite of the thigh. Read moreFood is hit or miss but employees are rarely upbeat or friendly as someone else mentioned in a review. Host DT328 today should really reconsider her place of employment if she can't atleast speak one word to the customers at drive through. Very unprofessional.
April 2024 Update When employees forget to add your sides and you call to inform them, they offer to put your name in a book so next time you're there, you can get what you paid for. If that same employee that answers the phone fails to put your name in the book, then when you get asked for a receipt & GENUINELY do not have it because no one mentioned to keep the receipt when you initially call, just know they will talk to you like you're stupid and being dishonest. I tell you what! The two employee hispanic ladies running the show at lunch hour April 10, 2024 need to get their attitudes in check, regardless of the outcome. I didn't see them as understaffed, but I did see a couple cars behind me in line. That's still no reason to speak to a customer in the tone and wrong attitude they did. It doesn't cost anything to be professional AND kind.
May 2025- This place is a joke. Not returning period. Staff is unprofessional and one in particular acts as if he's high or under the influence often. Shutting off menu light at 10 p.m. in attempt to make it appear as if ya'll are closed is unbelievable. Then to wait 15 minutes in line to be told that they are short staffed but don't have any food made so it would be an even longer wait. Makes no sense. The guy working there constantly has to apologize and for what? Not doing your job? The owner of this location needs to execute business better. Clearly they don't care.
