Hobby Lobby — Attraction in Harlingen

I have to be honest I was expecting more hobbies and less crafts it's actually kind of a Michaels in design and it has a few more things like a few models for kids and things like that. The store itself was nice it was clean and the staff was very friendly but I was expecting Hobbies like model airplanes and radio-controlled stuff hobbies are not just crafts so if if you're into building model airplanes probably not the store for you if you're into creating home crafts it would be a great store for you. They had a lot of home decorating ideas and I actually took pictures of some of them some of the signs were very very nice and weren't really expensive kind of shabby chic which I'm not a big fan of but a little is not too bad. I stopped going here because of Juany! I have a witness, me and my husband decided to go look for things for our nursery, it was 10 minutes to closing and she proceeds to get in my face, and say “WE’RE CLOSED” girl get yourself some gum. I said okay ma’am I need to go see something, don’t be standing in my way, with borderline harassment. She finds me 2 minutes later as I told my husband to wait in line, so I can get something to buy. She said “MA’AM I TOLD YOU WE’RE CLOSED, YAH GO TO THE REGISTER!” Man was my blood boiling at that point, how are you going to talk to a pregnant woman like that? I absolutely love Hobby Lobby. I'm a painter, and I teach an art class. I could spend hours just going through all the cool paint supplies they have, which brings me to the reason for 4 stars. EVERY time I'm staring at the paint stuff, they come over the intercom to tell security to record. And I mean every time. Maybe I'm paranoid, but they do it even when I haven't seen anyone else in the store. I go there often, so unless this is something they do every 30 minutes, I feel like I'm being accused of being a thief just because I'm indecisive.
