Stopped to get a modification to a birth certificate. Waiting area is very small with only a few chairs. There were 26 people in the room, with most standing. 3 windows available to serve people, but only one was open. Thank goodness they have you take a number, because otherwise you wouldn't know who was next. I had an hour wait just to get to a window. The employee was very nice, but was unable to help me. I loved this place. I walked and walked talked and talked. A great place. I was considering volunteering here to help out with the exhibits. They change frequently. I was going to help hang pictures. I'm a photographer digital artist. I was going around the city familiarizing myself again after a few years off. Staff was great here. Answered all my questions nd then some.
