Stopped to get a modification to a birth certificate. Waiting area is very small with only a few chairs. There were 26 people in the room, with most standing. 3 windows available to serve people, but only one was open. Thank goodness they have you take a number, because otherwise you wouldn't know who was next. I had an hour wait just to get to a window. The employee was very nice, but was unable to help me.
