Market Street Bridge — Attraction in Harrisburg

I walk across this bridge from city island to get to work. They do a really poor job maintaining the sidewalks. There's constantly trash that just sits around on the sidewalks for weeks and weeks. The metal covers they have on portions of the sidewalk have some that are lifted up, and one thats rusty, and it feels unsafe.
