Wouldn't stay here again if my life depended on it. Beds were supposed to be 2 queens, upon checking in the hotel staff stated not a single room in the hotel had queen beds and they also didn't have any ADA accessable rooms which had me wide eyed. They had renovation work that started at 8:30am that hadn't stopped by the time I checked out. The pool was completely empty and unusable. Bathroom had no hot water. The phone in the room to call hotel staff didn't even work so it wasn't like you could just call and ask a simple question such as asking for more towels or ordering room service. The entire hotel and room felt dirty. Couldn't find the continental breakfast anywhere. The whole place felt like a scene out of Dexter with the plastic hanging everywhere. Also, absolutely refused to eat at their 1 star restaurant inside of the hotel after reading the terrible reviews they got. On top of all that, I have a service animal. I signed the animal paperwork with any charges I would've had with bringing a pet blacked out. When I went to check out the hotel staff tried to charge me a $250 pet fee which is completely unacceptable. By that point I literally just had to laugh because not a single thing at this hotel went right. I was originally supposed to stay here for 4 nights, checked out after 1. Yes, it's close to the convention centers, but 100% not worth my money. $250 for a Wednesday night that I would've gotten more use out of if I burned it instead. The place is an utterly terrible mess. Do not stay here.

I am extremely unhappy with the Hilton right now, so unhappy I'm ready to cancel my four closest reservations. Basically they overcharged us for the deposits when we arrived. The room was beautiful don't get me wrong but the drama with it was not worth it. After we cleaned the room, because the four of us were taught to clean up, appearently after a 2 minute elevator ride and heading down to the front desk for check out. Now I'm a very patient and agreeable person but the employee stepped away for 15-20 minutes and appearently got a call from housekeeping and appearently the room was so "dirty" that they had to keep half of the deposits to "deep clean" it. Now we picked up all the trash and all the linens and kept them separate but the trash was all in bags and the linens all in one area but the only things that they had to do was clean the linens, vacuum and such but no. Not only that but I did find a bug in my room. They ended up keeping half of my deposit and the employee was very rude. This is the second and last time I will stay in this Hilton Hotel. It's not worth your money for this hotel.
Edit:
We spoke to other people who attended connecticon and they did the same to them as well. Staff last year was decent. I cancelled my Marriott reservation for this. Not worth it.

Note November 2024- the parking garage is under construction and poorly designed with having to back up out of each small section if you can’t find an open spot, which most nights you can’t. I was greeted to my room with a dirty glasses outside the door from maybe the previous people? I had dryer sheets jammed in my AC vent and thought maybe housekeeping would remove them but every day there they were. No free breakfast at this Hilton and the breakfast restaurant only had one person working it to make lattes, get the food, and bus the tables and the hotel was sold out. She was the one bright spot of the stay as she was exceptionally patient, polite, and capable. The shower doors will smash your fingers between the handles if you don’t pull it off the handle in time when opening it, which I did smash it. I was Not recognized as an honors member but was told there were waters in the room but there were not so I went back downstairs for one. And the last morning of my stay I had no hot water, took around 5 minutes to get lukewarm and I was forced to take my shower at the time So I would make my plane On time. I will not be staying here again.
