This boutique has beautifully curated items at ridiculously high prices and an unhelpful staff. Everything was so tightly packed in that it was hard to navigate with other people in the shop. Despite a serious medical condition and Massachusetts state law allowing rest room access to people with a medical need, the staff here would not allow access to their restroom for my daughter whose medical condition falls under the terms of the law. The woman who owns this establishment denied me access to their private restroom facility despite my medical condition. I was in need of a toilet due to a documented medical condition, and despite Massachusetts state law, I was denied. I called the local police to assist, and she wrongfully accused me of inappropriate behavior - despite several witnesses being present. Please, think twice before patronizing this shop. Lovely store has very Cool and groovy items- I really enjoyed the store large inventory of unique item —- I visited the store Saturday! Would be nice if staff Reflected the charming/positive vibe the store gives friendliness is always a plus most peeps are on vaca and positive vibes are always so welcoming!!
