The UPS Store — Attraction in Hayden

ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! I can’t even begin to describe how incredible my service was there today! I had purchased a ride on truck for my son and I had to return it but of course I threw away the box. I went to fed ex cause that’s who the return label was through, they told me to try the fed ex office store on Appleway because they didn’t have a box that big and they couldn’t help me. So drove to the other store and was greeted by a rude man that didn’t care about customer service at all and was “TOLD” to go see by a lady in the back if we could do something for me. Open the back of my car and took one look and said we can’t help you, try uhaul! He then walks away and doesn’t say anything else. Great service! As I was thinking on what to do and if uhaul was a good idea or not, I decided to try UPS and see if they had any ideas. I was concerned they wouldn’t help cause it was a fed ex label, boy was I mistaken! I was greeted by Bonnie and told her my situation and she took my problem and ran with it! I couldn’t believe the service she gave me. I haven’t had that type of care for someone in the customer service field in a long time! I was honestly blown away. She packed everything up for me and it was flawless! I can’t thank you enough and how you made my day! Thanks again Bonnie, the world needs more people...

I stopped in today to return a package but the bag that it came in was ripped so I needed a new bag or box to put my return in. There was nothing on the floor that I could see that was the right size for my package so I went to the counter and a young man helped me, he was very helpful finding me the right size that I needed and he also, without me asking him to, boxed up my items for me. As he was doing so the lady working next to him told her customer just loud enough so I would hear, thank you so much for following the rules and having your items already boxed and ready to go. I didn’t get her name but I’m not a fan of passive aggressive people I think they are the worst kind of bully! I’m pretty sure UPS advertises that they sell bags and boxes as well as other services. I normally go to this UPS store to get my medication cards laminate for nursing school. I will not be going here again if the same two boys are present. There were two new boys working there and they were extremely apathetic when it came to their jobs. I walked in and one of them was one their phone. He did not make any effort to greet me or my dad. Eventually the other boy came over to greet me and it was all fine. They were obviously new to their jobs and figuring out what to do, but when they were running my hand-written medication cards that take an hour each to make through the laminators, they did everything but watch the machine to make sure it was functioning properly. I understand that some of this was machine malfunction, but the boys were too busy looking at their phones and messing around to be bothered to make sure the laminator was functioning properly.
