Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Hayden

I used to think this Little Caesar’s deserved 5 stars... Until yesterday! I was actually this locations first “call ahead” order. I thought the owners were wonderful, until they weren’t. I have picked up a dinner and a lunch at their place at least once a month since they have opened. Yesterday I placed our usual call ahead order with Mike who knows me and my order well enough to remember the odd spelling of my first name. When I arrived, they had prepared the wrong order for us and the woman at the drive through window told me to pull around to the front of the store and she would fix it for me. I paid my bill, thanked her and pulled around. Within a few minutes, the owner came outside to confront me stating that I had in fact placed that particular order and informed me I had even asked him about the price difference for a Hawaiian pizza. I hadn’t. My kids won’t eat Hawaiian pizza so I wouldn’t have asked. He went on to insist that I had and even let me know he was disgusted with my behavior in changing an order that I had (never) placed. When I explained that I never asked about Hawaiian pizza and we didn’t have that conversation, he interrupted me by saying “yes, you did and that is the order you placed”. He went on to tell me he would “fix the order” but made sure I knew he was annoyed. If I hadn’t already paid, I would have left. About 10 minutes later, Mike came out of the store with the pizza order I had actually placed and apologized as he had admittedly mixed up my name with someone else. He compensated me with a free order of breadsticks. Where I appreciate the apology, I can’t understand where he found the gull to speak to me like that in the first place. I hadn’t done anything wrong and was friendly and kind throughout the entire situation. He had no reason to treat me that way. I will not be doing business with them again. I am disappointed with the owners actions and realize now that we were just another number in his checkbook, instead of the good customers who were appreciated as I thought we were. So...

Worst experience i worked 13, 14 hour days all I wanted to was pick up a couple orders make a little money on the side to get some food for me and my family.. but instead I got a supervisor that must be batman because he would refuse to give me his name nor come out from behind the back. he hides behind his employees.. employees are young and would rather talk smack about me and my orders which I heard the super supervisor was also engaging this l.. I waited a very long time for one pizza and some crazy bread they don't answer your questions they just walk away people were complaining upfront about how long the wait is. They were not busy at all.. I then called the store to speak to supervisor who told his employee to tell me that he was going the bathroom which is not true I heard him say it he was ignoring the phone call.. so whoever is that guys manager I would like to speak to you that was unprofessional in so many ways I do pest control I am in and out of restaurant all day and I never experienced a supervisor that was that big of a coward and not capable of doing his job I am going to try and bring this all the way up tell I get an apology and a legit reason why they were so busy.. a guy ordered pizza while I have been waiting for over 20 minutes past the time I was suppose to deliver the food and his pizza came out before my pizza did and I have been waiting for 30 minutes.....

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! Cannot say enough good things about the new Hayden Little Caesar's... first off, AMAZING customer service. The owner Mike treats everyone who walks in the door like they're family, and always has a smile on his face and a kind word to say. Truly a family-run franchise with family values! These are traits he clearly values in employees too, because his staff is friendly, courteous and super helpful. Their pizza is always hot, very yummy & tastes fresh, so they clearly don't let them sit in the warmer for too long. Service is PROMPT - from the time you walk in the door til the time you walk out, not even 5 minutes has gone by! Even if you have to (rarely) wait for a pizza to cook during busy times, you're still in and out in under 10 mins (and Mike apologizes for the "wait" and genuinely thanks you for your patience - he is seriously SO nice!). The drive-thru is an awesome addition too, especially if you're in a hurry or have kids in the car. Oh, and the restaurant is SUPER CLEAN - cleaner than any pizza place I've ever been to. Bottom line, this Little Caesar's is a fantastic addition to Hayden and I highly recommend it :) Will definitely...
