Man, I'm not one to complain about fast food because it can be a hard job, but this is perhaps the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant.
I ordered for pickup via DoorDash, waited about 20 minutes and drove from Post Falls to Hayden to pick up the order. By the time I get there, it had been about 45 minutes. My order hadn't even been started yet AND I stood there for at least 15 minutes before someone even asked me what I was there for (of course, they had to stand around and watch two people make the 4 other peoples' food that were in the restaurant). They started my order, I waited about 10 minutes for that, and then I got my food and left. I'm home now, after waiting legitimately over an hour for my food AND driving all the way there and back AND IT'S NOT EVEN MY ORDER.
Holy crap, I am so frustrated right now. I called the store, and no answer (SURPRISE!). This was $30 for a quesadilla, soda, and chips and guac. There's not even any recourse for this, it's insane. Like what the heck am I supposed to do? I guess I'll just leave a bad review? I got absolutely shafted at EVERY possible point throughout this experience.
Suffice to say, I'll never be going there again. Sorry about your burrito, Rae. I hope you enjoy my quesadilla.
EDIT: They didn't even make the food that's not mine correctly. It's the wrong burrito, even for what this other person ordered.
After calling 4 times, I got ahold of someone. They're refunding my order. The poor girl who answered had just started her shift and apparently had been dealing with this from several people since...
Read moreThe kitchen area has caked on grime everywhere... the serving area sneeze gaurd is growing somthing nasty and would not have order if I hadn't already committed. Food was cold and mediocre at best... the sevice wasn't bad, however, i could overhear the employees talking trash about a call in order and then a door dash driver. The ice tea tasted old and was wasn't pleasant. This is my sole opinion and you should make your own when you visit. Owners should take a deep look at what's going on. There seems to be a growing concern for the cleanliness.

Walked in today with a positive outlook, and the tables were all dirty, the sneeze gaurd was gross, with caked on grime, and an employee who had (music) on the name tag continued touching food, then thre register, then add bag, receipts and so on... I quietly let him know and that he should change his gloves so he doesn't cross contaminate the food. His reply was "we wipe it down" pointing to the register. So obviously he doesn't understand food handling. I left it alone and continued on my way. I wasn't trying to be a pain, but I recently got food poisoning at a different restaurant and am a little worried about getting it again as well as saving others from this. I think I’ve officially given up after today. I ordered entrees for 4 people through the app, which has declined in its user friendliness too. My husband ordered a bowl with DOUBLE chicken, white rice, queso, shredded cheese, and sour cream. He didn’t even get enough chicken to qualify as a regular serving, NO rice, a splash of sour cream, and queso. It was basically soup. My son ordered the new cheese toasted quesadilla. Another disappointment. It was basically a regular quesadilla with shredded cheese melted on top. Not crispy just plopped there, soggy. Better off with a normal tortilla. My other son and I both ordered chicken bowls with brown rice and other toppings. The brown rice was inedible to the point where it was so crunchy that we both just threw our meals away. The only thing that was right was the side of queso although we didn’t even get enough chips to finish it and the ones we did get were stale. We have been loyal customers for YEARS and I’m really sorry to say that we will not be coming here for a long time, if ever. Might make the extra drive to the Ironwood location and try our luck there. Very disappointed. $50...
