Mattress Firm Helena — Attraction in Helena

My wife and I have struggled with needing vastly different mattresses, and never been able to find a mattress that worked for us both long term. Even a Sleep Number bed with separate controls and sides wouldn't work. We were desperate!

We came in to Mattress Firm a month or so ago and talked to CJ who was so INCREDIBLY friendly, knowledgeable and helpful is helping us navigate our options in this long standing decade and a half old dilemma.

After both of us trying most of the beds in that store that would have fit our needs, we decided to think on it and went home.

After procrastinating a month and my wife not happy, we came back yesterday, and had the pleasure of doing business with CJ!

We retried all the beds and were seemingly able to come to a great conclusion with duel twin XL beds, each with our own exact back support needs.

I also felt that CJ was a really nice man and a great guy to do business with, very professional, and he gave us a great value, so Thank you SO MUCH CJ and Mattress Firm of Helena! I'm sure I'll be back, but Hopefully not TOO...

For some time, I have had trouble sleeping on the mattress we bought, so I went in yesterday to see what my options were and Tyler didn’t even hesitate to take care of things. He is very knowledgeable, and actively listens. Tyler recommended a Stearns and Foster to suit our needs.

The new mattress was delivered today by Layton and Alton. Both were extremely polite and took the time to help us sync our adjustable base.

I dropped into the store last week to shop for a bed for myself. The sales representative listened to my needs (budget conscious) and immediately took me to the lowest-priced set. I tried it and decided to buy. He didn't pressure me to upsell. I paid just over $300.00 for a queen set with frame, including delivery and haul-away.

Delivery was scheduled for Saturday. Delivery guy called and arrived earlier than expected, and they were both so nice! Offered to remove their shoes, assisted with disassembling the old bunk bed and carried the frame out to our truck (haul away was just the mattresses). They were very careful as they maneuvered the items through our tight space. They totally respected my home and possessions.

Definitely recommend! I will be coming back whenever...
