Staples — Attraction in Helena

So I walk in with my 2020 and 2021 taxes that I needed scanned to a thumb drive. I ask if they can do it while I wait. A nice, young gentleman named Brandon (according to his name tag) said yes. I handed him the taxes, my thumb drive and tell him I'll go shopping. I shopped around for maybe 15-20 minutes and come back to the copy counter. Brandon is busy helping another lady and looks stressed running his hands through his hair. Another man offers to help me. I tell him that Brandon there was scanning my stuff and I am not sure if he is done yet. Brandon tells him he is and he will be with me in a moment. I tell him to relax, I am in no hurry. The other store associate walks away. Another male associate walks up and walks over to Brandon who told me he is trying to help another customer (who came in after me) locate a receipt. The other associate goes over to the screen Brandon is working on and pushes a few buttons then asks if he can help me. I relay again that Brandon was helping me but IDK if he is done yet. The I'm assuming manager bc she had a bunch of keys with her, then walks up and talks to the other guy, talks to Brandon then asks if she can help me. I relay the same. Neither help me. The manager tells me that they usually have customers drop these things off and come back. I explain that I asked and have been waiting and show her the items I had accumulated while shopping. She then tells me again about the wait. I said I have been waiting and was here before all these other people walked up and if you can't do the job to give me my taxes with my Social security number on them and I will simply request my bank scan the items. The store manager walked away. The other male associate began ringing up the other people waiting behind me. Brandon FINALLY finished his assistance with the lady who needed the receipt. He then returned to scanning my items bc HE WAS NOT DONE! I waited a few more minutes and then the other associate rung me up. He then had the nerve to ask me about the items I had selected while shopping (about $100 worth of pink Martha Stewart notebooks - not important!). I told him I was simply no longer interested in them, paid $60 for my scans and went on my way.....4 people including the manger offered to assist but NOBODY would finish my scans and complete my transaction. So Staples, I ask, why are you employing so many at your Helena store? They don't seem to be interested in assisting their customers.....at...

I rate the staples print Shop two out of five. The only reason it’s getting two stars is because it has printers and you can print stuff there. The reason it doesn’t get any more stars is two clerks two different clerks in the last 10 days have acted irritated with me because I wanted to come in there and print something. The first one I would characterize his middle aged With the curly bob hairstyle that was dark blonde or light brown and she was practically scolding me because I wanted a 11 x 17 card stock and telling me “we never carry this I don’t even know why we have it.“ I said can I at least have copies on the The number of papers you have. I want copies of my book cover on Card stock and. Then tonight this beautiful brunette probably between the ages of 28 and 32 I asked her to help me print 18 copies because I’m a little under the weather I got there about 20 minutes before they closed 18 copies is not that much and she said well can you use our self serve and I said I’m a little under the weather I’d like a little help and then she says well we’re closing I said you don’t have time to help with 18 copies and she said well I’ll try I said you know what forget it I’m not coming to a store that it’s acting like I’m putting them out I don’t care if it is close to closing we could’ve got it done if she had had a better attitude and we could’ve had a good experience because people usually like to wait on me but these big box stores they’re barely making any money I’m trying to help keep them open Inn Helena Montana but I’m done Hobby Lobby assistant manager Davie David got mad at me last week cause sparkle had an accident Well you’re a dog friendly store dogs have accidents I did the right thing and waited by it and made sure no one walked through it get a grip people the people coming to your door or saving your butt. This store has no concept of customer service. I feel bad for the other Staples store owners who do care, but at this location you can expect "0" customer service or help. On 3 separate occasions I tried to spend my money there and no one was able to help. In one instance I stopped in on a Monday to buy a computer they had on sale (from the Sunday ad). When a clerk finally helped, she told me they did not have any. I asked if they sold out and she said they never ordered any. Asked when they would have some, she had no clue; really!!!! The 2nd attempt was for a file cabinet. At that time they only had the floor model, none in stock. I told them I really needed one and would they sell me the floor model. The idiot then told me they couldn't sell that; if they sold the floor model, then they could they sale any in the store. When I asked when they would have them, again, no clue. My reply was how can you sale any if you don't stock them???

Obviously the owner of this store does not care or is absent altogether. The 3rd attempt was a call to see if I could reach the manager ( anybody). Guess what, no answer after a very lengthy voice mail. Bottom line, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. GO anywhere...
