Pueblo Medical Imaging — Attraction in Henderson

I would like to say that this place is very dirty equipment is outdated. Staff are rude there’s no hello good morning how are you? Not even when you answer the phone don’t even say hello. This is Pablo Imaging very dry attitude. They look like they hate their jobs. I had the worst experience. Unfortunately I was sent here. I didn’t come here by choice. I always go to Simon med And I will never come back to this location the x-ray technician. He was a decent guy he could tell that I was truly upset. The guy Jose in the MRI room was very rude. He had an attitude problem. He didn’t seem to care that I told him if he could clean down the bed You know my son is going through chemotherapy I can’t just lay on anything and get germs. I have to be very careful. My son has a poor immune system for his own health. His life is fragile right now he look like he had an attitude so I asked him if he could wipe it down. He gave me air plugs because he said himself their equipment was outdated and very loud . I’m talking so loud that the air plugs didn’t even help. He left me alone in that room I’ve had an MRI before and never have. I been an MRI machine for 15 minutes just for a knee and I moved my leg a little bit he said, and he told me he was done with me And I said well how much longer would it be for you to finish? I said I’m sorry but like my knee really hurts. I moved it in front of him when he came in the room he’s like oh now you just moved both of your legs OK but at this point, he’s not even doing an MRI And he’s like no I’m done with you. He didn’t even help me at all the x-ray technician had to take the lock thing off of my knee and he was so kind enough to help me get down from the bed because Jose didn’t lower the bed for me to get down knowing that I have an issue with my leg and my knee he left it up high , I literally had to like jump off of the bed and the x-ray guy helped me and I got my stuff and I left the x-ray had no problem with getting an x-ray. He was nice and he kept asking me if I was OK he said he was so sorry for what happened. I said don’t apologize for him Very unprofessional. I was treated like I was trash and because he’s the tech he decided he didn’t want to deal with me no more like he said he’s done with me I can get out that’s how he told me that is why they have a three star. They all look like they hate their job , they all look broke and the facility is so dirty. It’s disgusting. I would’ve posted pictures but now I know why they don’t want your phone on you horrible I will only stick to Simon med imaging. I will never go to a hole in the wall place again to get it image , Jose is very rude does not know how to treat people and he thinks he has the upper hand because he’s the tech. He seems to forget he works for a corporation and my next thing will be me calling corporate and making a complaint about him I want the footage to be seen . Thank gosh, I didn’t leave my purse along with him. He probably would’ve went through my wallet and took pictures of my debit cards. He told me I can leave my bag with him. Oh, I don’t think so. This atmosphere can definitely use some more comforting energies. The lady up front seems to be very rushy, all while seeming to be very distracted. When it was my time to do the scans I sat in front of the room i’d be in. A hispanic woman and a man who seemed like he really did not want to be there with long grey hair (ponytail) would be doing the scans. After entering the room and laying down, I noticed dust mites inside of the MRI tube, making it feel very unsanitary and uncomfortable, horrible for breathing. The scan went well like any other scan. When the scan was over, the table started to eject from the tube slowly, as I was coming out, I started to feel an aggressive, fast tapping on my leg, with pulling on the pillow under my leg. My literal first thought was “why did they let my girlfriend in here”. His tapping and pulling was so weird and aggressive that I literally thought it was my girlfriend messing with me, I was going to look up and laugh until I saw it was the long grayed hair man. I immediately was confused with the way he was tapping me and pulling on the pillow under my leg like if I was a non compliant child or something. After I sat up on the table to catch a breath and not stand too fast, he continued by pulling on the sheet underneath me. At the point I shot up and left immediately. Went here last month for a mammogram after Steinberg Diagnostic and Desert Radiologists had 1-2 month long waits for ANY appointments at any Vegas metro location. I told my friend who is a medical doctor about my predicament and he suggested Pueblo Imaging. Within 48 hours of my friend telling me about this place, I had already completed my appointment!

Staff was SUPER nice. I actually fainted during my mammogram. The tech said that it happens because people are nervous or dehydrated, or both. She gave me 3 cups of water, wet cloths and an ice pack for my neck and head and peppermints. She even brought in the ultrasound tech to make sure I didn't faint again. The ultrasound tech did my breast ultrasound and was also extra nice.

The results were super fast and I was told I had a benign cyst, not cancer, which immediately made my stress levels go down.

When you're in pain and something as scary as possible cancer is looming, you shouldn't wait a month or two for imaging. If it's actually cancer, you want to catch it quickly. If it's not cancer, you don't want to be sick with worry for months before you're seen.

I also appreciated that even though my OB ordered imaging for one breast, Pueblo called my OB immediately to get verbal authorization to do both to err on the side of caution.
