Water Street Plaza — Attraction in Henderson

This part of Henderson needs refurbishing. The convention center is conveniently located and the layout is simplistic. However, the decor leaves a lot today be desired. It looks like someone got a canvassing machine and enlarged their landscape photos. Most pictures are blurry and of partial buildings you could only make out if you lived here most of your life. Water street has been completely renovated new businesses everywhere. But I do notice homeless people laying on the sidewalks and on the benches and in front of the stores Etc. And I don't blame the police for not moving them along. Anytime a police officer has an encounter with you their job seems to be on the line. If I was a police officer I would do absolute minimal. I've only been there 3x, but the pizza is always amazing & fresh to order, so there is a wait time, especially for deep dish, but it's so worth it. We tried their sandwiches, meatball & Italian beef, honestly sandwiches were ok, their fry sauce is delish. Please don't let me ok on the sandwiches deter you.
