I literally have never been so excited to leave a Google review in my life. This place is absolutely unbelievable. When you go to get a piercing or a tattoo, you automatically assume that they’re going to talk to you about certain things that come with healing infection, and things of that sort. But this place takes it a step further. Me and my daughter sat through literally a session with the piercer there about all the complications that could possibly happen, any infections that may occur, how to clean the piercings, what to do and what not to do and she was so pleasant the entire time she went through it. She took the time to go through all the different jewelry options with my daughter, asking her what she was into and what she wasn’t. She even took the time out to customize some jewelry for my daughter to make sure she left with exactly what she wanted. I wish I would have found this place a whole lot sooner. This is definitely my go to piercing and tattoo spot from here on out. You won’t ever experienced anything like this place if you go here anywhere else. I want to thank Jenny from the bottom of my heart for taking the time out to give my daughter all type of advice about tattoos and piercings. My daughter also struggles with mental illness . Jenny even took it a step further and talked about how tattoos and piercings can sometimes be therapy for some people, but not all people ,she has to take the time in learn for herself. She was incredibly patient. You can tell that she is a real GOAT when it comes to piercing because of all of her knowledge. There isn’t a question she couldn’t Answer for us! Then on top of all of that, my daughters piercing came out so freakin perfect! It was fast, she made sure my daughter got exactly what she wanted. Let me start off by saying that my experience with this shop was good in the beginning. I saw they had really good reviews so why would I not. When I had first called about getting a nose piercing the girl who helped me was very sweet and answered all my questions. When I went in to get the actual piercing everything went good and even though I felt really sick after they were really accommodating. HOWEVER, I was told that my piercing “sinking into my nose” was normal. 1. my jewelry was way to short so the stud started to sink deeply into my nose. 2. They told me not to google things because things are always worse than what it is (I get that but even I knew this wasn’t normal) 3. The piercing was so tight in my nose the tissue started to heal over the stud (IN MY NOSE). My beginning experience was good but the after care was not at all how it should have been handled. I had to go to a different shop for them to fix everything. I would have gone back to this shop but i did not feel that I was getting the best after...

Unprofessional. I have never been treated so rudely as a customer.

In coming in to pierce my 8 year old daughter’s ears I was greeted as follows:

(No hello. Nothing) “ Do you have her birth certificate”

Me- “ No, I didn’t know I needed to bring it.”

“ It’s all over the forms on the page”

Me- “I saw the part about cancellations, But I honestly honestly didn’t see anything about the Birth certificate”

“Oh, well then I guess I should be concerned the whole website must be down!” (Condescending tone and body language)

Me- “ I honestly didn’t see it.” ( me thinking to myself, maybe I did miss it)

Final straw- “ It’s only on there, like three times.”

At this point, I walked out. Look, things happen. But it doesn’t give people a right to talk to people like they are not human beings. I’ve never felt so disrespected by a business, publicly. Also, in front my child.

Oh, and got a $40 dollar charge right when I walked out. I guess they consider it a “cancelation”.
